Great Customer Service and a Successful Installation
We first met Aria in February, when we started researching options to replace our existing air cooling system, which had broken down, with split AC units.
Our installation was far from straightforward. We live in a condominium with strict regulations regarding visible pipes and cables, so careful planning was required. Aria was very helpful from the outset, providing quotes and working with us to find solutions that would comply with the building's requirements.
I can't say the installation was entirely a breeze, especially as it took place during the London heatwave in June! We had six indoor units and two outdoor condensers to install, with the additional challenge of ensuring that all external pipes matched the specific shade of brown permitted by the condominium.
There were a few ups and downs along the way, and we didn't have the same crew from start to finish, which added some challenges. However, Aria maintained good communication throughout, was responsive whenever issues arose and made sure things were put right.
Ultimately, everything worked out well, and we're pleased with the result. A special thank you to Aria for his professionalism and commitment to seeing the project through, despite the challenges along the way.

Ezekiel and Milad were very polite and professional. They did a great job on the installation. External cabling is discreet and all drilling was precise. Overall very pleased with my Denonair experience and would recommend. Only thing preventing 5 stars is communication could’ve been better. There was very high demand this summer causing supply chain delays. Would’ve appreciated a bit more proactive communication, but acknowledge Debonair was likely managing a large pipeline of customers.

But the professionalism and skills of the engineer along with the quality of the products makes this a five star company

The team is outstanding
The team is outstanding.
From start to finish, they were impressive. To start, a simple video call on WhatsApp was arranged to review where we wanted the units installed. That was followed swiftly by a quote and useful information.
The installation went well and everything was left clean and tidy. What impressed me most is that the install was on a Friday and the guys worked until past 9pm to finish the job.
I could not be more pleased with the service and the price... and it has certainly paid dividends this summer.

I called to request a quote for installation of ducted aircon in a large house. The surveyor I spoke with in zoom was dismissive and insisted on installing standard units. He then suggested an onsite survey but he didn’t show up to the appointment or called to cancel. Beyond unprofessional.

Strange behaviour. No result. I pad for nothing.
Unfortunately the first time the Debonair engineers attended they just turned on the system that had been switched off by another engineer because it was not working. They then left after 10 mins without checking the system. I called them back and informed them that we knew the system was turned off and that we did not call them out to turn it back on and leave, we wanted them to identify the issue of why it did not work for longer than 5-10mins. Debonair sent out the engineers again a couple of days later, they told me we needed 5kg of refrigerant. I asked them to send me a quote then I did not hear from them again, Its been about three weeks now.
Update- Again this company are trying to say that my review is fake rather than apologise or rectify their mistake. Just own up. I have the paid invoice and this review is simply how they behaved and my review is quite detailed. I’ll post the invoice online if needed.
