I called the number Debt Clear USA provided through my email after an online application and I talked with an Americor specialist. She said that I had a great credit score and would be a better option for me to have a personal loan instead of a debt relief program. She collected my information and she was evasive when I tried to understand better their work or if I needed to pay some extra fee for their help. When she transferred me to another person that checked my information again, then I received an email with a contract of their consultation service and agreement of their fee. It was a 10.9% fee on the top of the total amount I needed to quit my debt, which was an extra $2,834 over my $26,000 total debt. It is a lot for a person that is having a hardship with a divorce process and wanted help to relieve a debt, not make extra debt on this program.

I just wanted to let you guys know it was not a good experience for me. If the Americor specialist was clear since the beginning with their fee, I would not waste my or her time over the phone. Supposedly, it should relieve and not increase my debt.

I couldn't even complete the application because it kept telling me that my address is invalid!! I live in a very rural town, but for God's sake, I live in this house, with this address, the power company bills me according to this address, the garbage company picks up trash at this address, but this stuck up website refuses to accept it.

Proceed with bankruptcy, you’ll be glad you did. Seven years is not that long.

This company is really great. When I thought there was no way out and I was going to be in debt forever I called them after watching an ad on Facebook and they really understood me and wanted to help. I have been in the program for 9 months and its really going great. Couldn't have ask for a better solution. I will be debt free alot sooner then the road I was going down before I found them. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

I filled out the online form and was contacted within a minute by a rep over the phone. I asked questions on how it all worked and she began explaining things to me and I was explaining my situation and in the middle she just hung up on me. It wasn't a disconnected call as they would call back. She just wanted me off her line as I was asking too many questions. It's my credit I'm trying to get answers so I think I should be able to ask questions without being hung up on. Over the following week I was bombarded with call after call from this company and a few other employees did the same thing to me when they realized i wasnt a good fit as i wanted to be forgiven not do a settlement that screws up your credit for almost a decade and they just kept calling from differenr numbers even though I asked to be removed. SHADY AF!!

The saying one person can make a difference certainly proved true in my case. I had been considering debt consolidation for awhile, but always felt annoyed and disinterested after talking to company representatives. They always seemed to have that fast talking, urgent sales pitch that tends to make one feel there is a hidden agenda. But on March 10, 2025, I had the good fortune of speaking to one of your representatives. He was different. He was calm, patient, precise and simply stuck to the facts. He wasn't too familiar, did not share about himself, nor did he put any pressure on me to enroll. However by the end of our conversation, that is just what I did, I enrolled because of his delivery. And what a difference this program has made. The service you offer is really valuable and I already feel extremely relieved that I'm not tackling this alone. However, I do owe it to that gentleman who took his time with no gimmicks to help me see the benefit and helped me feel comfortable taking a risk.

I called but the agent hung up on me. Poor customer service.

I like receiving correspondence from various members of Advantage/Americor. They have filled in several blanks for me, and have been prompt in responding.

If you notice, the majority of the reviews are brand new. How many people really "try to sell you on a specific representative" (note there aren't 5 reviews saying how great Richard was)!!!!

These are fabricated reviews. Click bait to seize your information and sell it. The only gain is the harassing phone calls you'll get once your info is sold.

So it's not legit. Wake up folks.

Joshua made the process seem very straight forward and understandable.

Joey was very helpful explaining everything to us this is going to be a great help in a fresh start. A little scary never done any thing like this before but with the explanation and help Joey provided we are more at ease thank you

Called today, instead of just going online and getting turned down again. Leroy was Very interested and helpful. Worked up a plan to help. Now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!! I’m So Grateful!!
