Horrible.
I got my first order in 2021 and was pleased, but not the next time. Spent about 50 USD on two orders in December 23 and January 24 and got nothing.
No answer after several attempts, no decals and it says "payment accepted" Unfortunate circumstances could happen to anyone, but no answer in 5 mounts tells me: This has moved from legit to a scam and I don't really care why...
Zero stars now and maybe more if the decals arrives.

I have been robbed as well , they should be shut down . Still waiting 3 months luckily only spent £6 but be warned you will never get them 😡

No reply to emails no order just took my money.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Tried contacting them twice and got zip. Complete rip off

A total shambles of a company. Paid my money 5/3/24. Won’t answer my messages. Quick enough to take your money. Will give them a week other wise contacting trading standards.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, dont waste your time and money ordering, you will not get the items or a reply from their 'customer service' FRAUDULANT COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. i wish i would of read the reviews before ordering....

Yeah, they are a SCAM. Ordered in January, then read all of the negative reviews, some of which said they are just slow, so gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Its now March and still nothing.

Ordered back at start of march they said 5 days with "priority post" and I'm still waiting for them I'll keep updated but so far the other reviews seem to be true sadly 😭

My husband placed an order on 16th February for 2 stickers, thet were supposed to be sent priority post but he still has not received them as at 13th March. He has contacted them twice & no response or even an acknowledgement.

Love to leave zero but can’t, no decal no correspondence, absolutely useless avoid at all costs

If I’d read the other reviews before, I would not have ordered the decals. I have been trying to contact them through various channels without success. There must be some way of getting the company de registered and restrict their ability to trade in the UK, if they continue operating in this manner.

Kan ikke anbefale at handle hos Decals House. Købte for 6 uger siden vare fra firmaet. Har ikke fået noget leveret, og firmaet umulig at få kontakt med. Heldigvis betalte jeg med pay pal som førte betalingen tilbage.

Take money, but dont send items or return money.

Ordered 2 sets of Showa fork decals for my motorbike, paid for them & none of them arrived this was 4 weeks ago so I emailed them & guess what no reply so my advice would be to use someone else !!!!!

Same as all the others. Ordered, payed, nothing happened. No reply's to e-mail. Money gone. SCAM!

Same as most reviews. I ordered a decal, didn’t spent a lot, but after several months, no decal, no response to emails. This is definitely a scam. Wish I would’ve read other’s reviews before placing my order.
