When I had shipping questions, support got back to me quickly and walked me through everything, even throwing in same handy tips on how to style the pieces.

Awful company. No response to emails. What arrived was a cheap cutlery set which was the same as a cutlery set on amazon which was a tenth of the price. When asked whether we could return it, they eventually replied but said they charge a 30% restocking fee as per their t's & c's. Everyone needs to know that UK consumer law when distance buying that a restocking fee does not apply. They tried arguing that they are based in another country - that does not matter as they are selling into the UK. This company needs to be looked at thoroughly for fraudulent selling in the UK. If it sells in the UK it needs to adhere to UK law.

I never got my order. The company says they will investigate and their delivery company promises me my package is their priority. Nobody is doing anything but making false/empty promises. My advice stay away from this company for it is a crap shoot you may not get your package

Ordered a glass ‘wave’ ornament. Looked beautiful and classy in the online photo. It’s just arrived and is not at all as described. It is not glass just cheap plastic and it cost £90!! Could have bought better quality at Any discount store for a tenner. Do not touch this company. Never again a very expensive lesson. I thought about sending it back but judging from these reviews it looks like I’ll never get my money back anyway

Bought a ‘crystal glass’ whisky glass as an anniversary gift for my husband. The glass arrived and it was made from thick, cheap plastic - not from glass at all, let alone crystal. Completely overpriced and falsely advertised. Extremely unsatisfied with the purchase. Avoid at all costs.

My order arrived damaged and did not match the advertised product description; a significant discrepancy exists between the advertised eagle decanter and the received item. I paid £69 for this item. After contacting the seller via their Facebook page, I was initially denied a refund and offered only store credit. Subsequently, a replacement was promised, but I was then blocked on Facebook. The decanter is small, poorly constructed, and exceedingly fragile. Furthermore, I discovered that Amazon offers an identical product for under £20. I strongly advise against using this unreliable seller.

I have purchased from them many times and never been disappointed. The quality of goods has been exceptional and customer service is also very efficient. Don't hesitate to buy from them. You won't be disappointed.
