Speedy delivery packaged really well.
Very happy with returns process, it was just too small for area required.

AVOID like the plague. Ordered on 14th July, delivery not attempted until 23rd but failed, item finally delivered 28th July and I've never seen a more battered box. From what I could see, item was damaged. Customer Services are absolutely terrible. Only contactable via message and they are so unhelpful. No genuine support or care. Defended lying couriers. I have refused delivery and expect a full refund. AVOID DECOROTIKA

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! 0 star!!! They sent the wrong colour item which was also damaged. I still don't have a refund which they said they they have issued me. Don't waste your time. I am still going through paypal to get a refund.

I purchased from their website and had a really positive experience with the customer service team. They responded quickly, were polite, and took the time to understand my issue instead of sending generic replies. My problem was resolved much faster than I expected, and they kept me updated throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Based on this experience, I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to others.

If you order from this company order directly from them and not through b&q! All they have provided is poor customer service and lack of communication over my delivery. Delivered to the wrong place and could not find proof of delivery and B&Q not wanting to solve my issue rather fob me off to decorotika themselves. I am slightly grateful however that I eventually got through to Omer at decorotika over WhatsApp and from start to finish he has been nothing but kind and helpful. If it had not been for Omer I would have requested a refund from the first hurdle of it not being delivered at the right time. Eventually when it did arrive it arrived with no instructions or fixings. And when the fixings arrived all the pieces are chipped in the corners from delivery. But he helped me push through and in the end I’m glad I did because the tv unit looks great in my living room and happy to have been able to converse with Omer these past few weeks.

Had a problem with a no show delivery. I was communicated with promptly and discussed issue. Received refund and notified . This was not this company’s fault but sorted it professionally

I recently purchased a three-piece coffee table set from Decorotika and overall I had a really good experience. The tables were delivered very quickly and the quality is decent for the price. Unfortunately, one of the table legs was damaged during delivery by the courier, but their customer service handled it well and sent a replacement without any hassle. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and the service provided. Would definitely recommend.

I am Project manager for interior design of apartments. i had a opporutnity to work with Decorotika in of my London apartment project. I made the purchase from their own web site. I wish I could have shared the photo, but i believe I can not. Overall experience was very good. Products has been delivered with a pallet since there were 9 different pieces. One of them was broken in delivery but company provided a fast replacement. I think I will consider their products for my next project. Thanks

I’ve been buying from this company for quite some time now, and they’ve never disappointed me. The products are always stylish, high quality, and exactly as described. What really keeps me coming back is their excellent customer service — the team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions or issues. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers both great products and a great customer experience. Ok quality TV unit for the price however, the positives end there. They did not send enough screw bits to make the unit…13 to be exact! The drop down cupboard also hits the floor when you open it, whereas in the photo it stays at 180°. I emailed them twice with no response. I had to call B&Q where I bought it online. They managed to trigger them to email me then we spoke via Whatsapp. They sent the screws and a piston which was not meant to be part of the unit and they said they would send a video on how to install it. I managed to complete the unit around 2 weeks after it was delivered. When I asked for the video, they then backtracked and sent me a video of a different unit opening the same way this one does. They just said to throw out the piston and use it as it is! Very unprofessional and poor customer service overall. I tried to leave a review on B&Q website but they delined it somehow. I would not buy furniture from either of these companies in future.

If it was possible to give a 0 star then I would. To start with, they sent me the wrong item, pretty poor. Then the delivery was left in a communal area and not delivered to my front door, again poor. After telling them I had received the wrong item, they tried to make me keep it, why on earth I would want that I have no idea. It is too large and ugly for my space so I said no and I need it collected. 1 month has passed and no collection. They lie and say they can’t find the address… found it fine when delivering though didn’t you… no call to ask for directions, clearly never actually tried. They’re just trying to string this out in the hope I get bored and keep it, but I’m more of an arse then they are so they won’t win. Pathetic, useless company, appalling and abhorrent customer service. It’s people like you that give retail a bad name
