Customer service will not respond
I placed my order on February 24 and received a shipping confirmation on March 4.
However, the tracking number provided is invalid and shows that USPS has not received the package.
There have been no updates since then, and customer service has not responded to my inquiry.
This raises serious concerns about whether the order has actually been shipped.
Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.
Unfortunately, the scent Taunt, to me smells like stale smoke. I was given no sample with my order. Therefore, I had no way of knowing until I opened the package. I am now trying to get a refund and not having any luck. I will now have no choice but to inform my credit card of this..
Absolutely awful customer service. Extremely dismissive, impersonal, AI would feel warner and more professional. It feels that she is working to get rid of customers instead of bringing customers in ( perfect if she is working for the competition). The customer service department fails at listening to customers concerns and fails to offer solutions. Some of their products arrive open ( where is quality control, boxes broken) I don’t give this company much time if they don’t change their ways. A company can’t be sustainable with a handful of customers since they are driving the few they have away.
Their fragrances and overall products are extremely over priced, but I do like their room spray
I was a loyal customer to this company but after several bad experiences, poor packaging, things shipping super late, and only one person in customer service who is super rude and unhelpful and doesn’t even read the emails you send I’m officially done. Nemat Amber smells just like Xtra Milk.
Don’t fall for it! I loved Xtra milk and bought the sample and travel size. Amazing… so I bought the full size and it smells like straight alcohol!! Get online and everyone is saying the same thing. Plus they won’t let you return anything!!
Poor customer service and return policies. I purchased some of their laundry products including a dryer sheet that had the most awful nauseating scent without me even having to open the box. When I asked to return this, they wouldn’t accept it due to sanitary concerns. I’m confused why a box that has not been opened is a sanitary concern. Even if products are used, e-commerce businesses need to be able to stand behind their products and allow returns perhaps on a case by case basis. The main issue with this business is that they are filtering out negative reviews. The review that I wrote never seemed to make it on their website.
I’ve contacted their customer service but you’ll receive mostly AI bot responses.
The automated submissive responses are so detached. I have placed an order in November and it is now mid December and they just gave a tracking number link that does not work.
The email states: Good smells on the way... Dedcool just shipped. In addition, they claim that "once USPS have the product it is now longer their responsibility. "
The tracking number goes to a link that does not work.
I got to the USPS website and it says its still sitting in their Los Angeles warehouse.
Im sure their not fraudulent. But god forbid, if you cant supply and run your business at the busiest time of the year. Maybe just sellout?
Im still wondering if ill ever receive the products for my sister.
Cannot say enough about this company and their products. I've purchased from them several times. During one of these times an item was damaged en route to my home; I reached out to the company and had a response within a day. They shipped a replacement product to me right away. Not only are they an ethical and responsive company, but their products are superior- they work well, and smell heavenly. Highly recommend!
