Testweise mit viel Skepsis bestellt, aber in der Tat nur Billigschrott statt selbstfokusierend.

Vorsicht bei diesem Online Shop. Dort nichts kaufen, alles Schrott, Ist nicht, so wie es dargestellt wird.
Und wegen Retour bekommt man keine Antwort. Auch keine Anschrift vorhanden. Totale Betrugsmasche

Leider muss man ja ein Stern vergeben. Ich kann nur sagen Vorsicht vor diesem Laden. Normalerweise lese ich Kundenbewertungen immer vor der Bestellung. Diesmal dummerweise nicht!!!.‘ Ich habe die Bewertungen erst nach der Bestellung gelesen, habe sofort storniert. Aber eine Stornierung ist angeblich nicht möglich, die Ware ist angeblich eine halbe Stunde nach Bestellung schon versendet!!!
Finde ich etwas unseriös!

Brille ist billiger Schrott!
Rückgabe trotz 30 Tage Rückgabegarantie nicht möglich.
Bei Bezahlung wird plötzlich eine Garantie dazu gebucht, sofortige Stornierung war nicht möglich.
Danach ewiger email Verkehr mit Angebot der Preisreduzierung als Hinhaltetaktik.
Versuch eine Rücksendeadresse zu erhalten, fehlgeschlagen.

I purchased 1 pair of glasses on May 20, 2024, but was charged for 2. Reached out via phone and email, but was told the order couldn’t be changed.

* Company received unused items on July 10, 2024 (within the 30-day return window).

* The company claimed the return was never received. UPS confirmed delivery and provided a proof of receipt. All documents were sent to them in multiple emails.

I still have not received a refund, and the company has kept the returned items. I have reported to BBB that this company kept $139.78 from a senior.

Buyer Beware More fake reviews than Carter has Pills. These glasses are very cheaply made, don't work as advertised. Great idea if the actually worked..; really got suckered on these.. Buyer beware these never worked very blurry on all setting that is when they would adjust... JUNK

Poorly made and difficulty to adjust. Do not buy.

Placed an order 4/20/25 late afternoon for 1 pair of glasses during checkout I discover an addition order of 4 pairs was added, less than 10 minutes of placement of the order I called to cancel and was told to give him about an hour to get it cancelled and he would get back via email, over an hour passed when he respond that cancellation can not happen because it had been packaged and dispatched for delivery. Sent another email this morning 4/21/25 to inquire about return shipping who pays for it, no response so far. This company is definitely a scam, to think they prey upon the seniors.

Received goods with no paperwork.Unsble to contact for over a month. Tried all ways to get an address for return. No joy.I am a lady of 80 years old and to be treated like this is alien to me.Wouldnt touch them with a barge pole.

I thought I would try these out. The glasses took ages to arrive and were cheap plastic and simply did not work. I immediately tried to contact the sellers for a refund. You are put through to an automatic response saying they’ve contacted their manager and are offering a 25% discount. I wrote that I wanted a complete refund and then the automatic response offered 50% back. Then 75% refund. Then an address in the USA to send the glasses back to. Finally they sent a British address but with conditions that the product had to return in good condition etc, something that could never be monitored so I took the 75% discount and accepted a 25% loss.
I would avoid this company if I was you. I wouldnt trust their supposed genuine reviews, the ‘glasses’ are useless.

Purchased these on a whim after watching many adverts on YouTube. Product arrived and the glasses are totally useless. Cheap plastic rubbish! Absolute garbage! I am now into my tenth email trying to get postal return information. They constantly delay by making percentage refund offers I do not want. Do not deal with these people under any circumstances!

Habe 1 Brille bestellt und 5 erhalten und zwangsweise bezahlt. Sofort nach Erhalt der falschen Bestellbestätigung war keine Änderung oder Stornierung mehr möglich. Dieses Geschäftsgebahren grenzt für mich schon an Betrug. Sofort nach Erhalt der Ware habe ich diese per Einschreiben zurück geschickt. Leider ging das Päckchen auf dem Postweg verloren und die Post erstattet nur € 25 bei normalem Einschreiben. Somit bleibe ich auf fast
€ 200,- Schaden sitzen. Hätte Deefocus die Bestellung korrekt ausgeführt, wären es nur ca. € 30 gewesen. Shit happens

Mehr als 10 Emails gesendet wg. Rücksende Daten. Keine Antwort bis heute.
Firma ist betrügerisch unterwegs. Auf keinen Fall etwas kaufen!!!
Jedes Produkt aus einem Kaugummiautomaten ist besser als diese Schrottbrillen.

My experience in purchasing and receiving a pair of these glasses is the same as most others. The purchase process does not allow you to see the price until the purchase is confirmed. They do not give you the chance to cancel your order. They charge you for a warranty that it worthless and the glasses do not clearly focus. I've learned my lesson. I hope you do not patronize this organization.

absolute junk they will give a refund but at a discount so they make a profit when you attempt to return product you are out money on something you throw away better to flush it down toilet better results

Please do not buy this total rubbish I bought 3 pairs of these for my wife and myself (nearly £300.00 in total..they are cheap plastic and impossible to focus one pair was actually broken believe me the lenses are just bits of plastic and no way will they focus.i complained bitterly to the company who offered a 35%refund I have been ripped off with this company who I trusted. Please don't buy this rubbish folkes . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
