My parcel was not received I have to…
My parcel was not received I have to email twice to check and was emailed back saying the parcel was lost and they have returned my money which I haven't yet received poor service management.

Trustworthy business
Second time I’ve ordered from here and unfortunately item didn’t arrive. They chased this up and Royal Mail have lost the package. I was given a full refund quickly.

Black flower ankle boots
My second pair of these boots,they are so comfortable but go up a size as bit small fitting. Had to go with the black as out of the other colours but they are lovely . Quick delivery. Will buy again.

Not a great first experience
No communication or response to my email when I asked why it had not been dispatched. They did however give me a refund without any issues buy there was literally no explanation as to why.

Since the first review Found a email they have responded to for those interested.I have received a reply to say a refund has been issued-we will see in the coming days .
