NEVR BOOK THEIR EVENTS
By far and away the worst customer service I have EVER encountered.
I had purchased tickets for their festival in Croatia in error, which I explained to them several times. I informed them 5 days later to utilise my 14 day cooling off period.
I asked them for an amicable conclusion for both parties. They did not comply or offer a solution. They failed to even call me by my name when addressing me, ask me why I couldn’t attended and finally gave no alternative options, simply diverting me to an insurance that DOES NOT answer.
I purchased their third party insurance, which they promote, to cover in case of this eventuality, to which I have had no response from.
I offered to pay a sum to cancel the tickets. Their reply, ‘we don’t bend the rules.’ Disgraceful. They try to bully you.
They are a sorry excuse for a company and they have no human nature with their service.
I would urge absolutely nobody to book through this company, unless you intend on having no flexibility. Not even an offer to rearrange for another event a different time.
I know I won’t get a reply to this, but I can assure you I will continue to bring the companies name in to further disrepute.
It’s a real shame as I have been a long term customer of theirs. True colours were showed in this process.
