Your website sucks
Your website sucks. The search results are horrible mostly because I don’t know what you call what at I’m looking for. The suggestions that people also bought along with the item are hit and miss. Alternative and similar products could be improved. I eventually find what I want but it takes me longer than I would like.

Great customer service
I had pre order jitters of a non-returnable item. I had many questions. Each time I called, I got a live person to speak with. Email answer was exactly what I had asked about. I felt my concerns were addressed before I placed the order. After the order, I received an email explaining what steps to take regarding truck freight acceptance and refusal. This further allayed my fears of getting a flawed or defective item without recourse. Can't wait for it to arrive now.
