Dr Arreni was amazing, she listened to my concerns and provided effective solutions that catered to my needs. As I’m a newbie to injectables, she gave me peace of mind and gave me the subtle enhancement I desired.

I have had several aesthetic treatments with Dr Teuta Berisha at Define Clinic.

She is a superb practitioner and would recommend her to anyone who is interested in aesthetic treatments. Teuta is so friendly, welcoming and informative. I feel totally at ease in her hands and will continue see her and the clinic for all my treatments.

I came into the define clinic in central London for an assessment as I have generally clear skin but redness that makes me feel insecure and always feel I need to cover my face.
Today I was met by someone called Hayley at reception who straight away was so empathetic, calming and helped me feel that I can get the right solution. I don’t usually like sometimes people are rude and don’t take time to understand what is it I need. From then she booked me in a skin anaylsis with Paris.

The skin analysis was truly humbling but it made me realise what I need to fix. Paris was phenomenal at not only making me feel that it’s fine and we can help you? But any of the percentages that showed such as my pores being high she didn’t make me feel small. For someone w no is insecure I have never felt more confident. I will be booking in for a skin chemical peel.

I will be coming back. You need to ask for them when you come in.

I’ve been coming to Define clinic for a number of years now and every visit has been outstanding.
I was a little apprehensive at first, having not had any tweakments before but from the moment I met Dr Arreni she put my mind at ease. Define are simply the best in the business.
Finding the right clinic can be a minefield.

I went to Define and was told to have filler dissolved. I agreed to this and the filler was dissolved aggressively with cannula with no help from ultrasound to pinpoint where it was. I have been left with a hanging ridge under one eye where my tissue has been damaged. Now looking at a lower bleph. Thank you Define!
I would urge anyone considering dissolving to go somewhere where they dissolve carefully and gently, pinpointing areas with guidance from ultrasound.

I’d been searching for a truly professional Ukrainian- or Russian-speaking expert in London for ages - it’s so important for me to be able to communicate in my native language when it comes to personal care. That’s how I found Dr Elina Kovalenko (thanks, ChatGPT!) - and I’m so glad I did. She’s warm, highly professional, and explained everything clearly and thoughtfully. No pressure, no unnecessary treatments - just honest advice and a personalised plan that made complete sense.

The clinic itself is lovely, and I felt in safe hands from the moment I walked in. Special thanks to Georgia - she was incredibly efficient and kind, and helped organise my consultation quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

Dr Teuta Berisha is amazing! I was apprehensive on having the treatments for the first time, Teuta advised me so well and explained the whole process so clearly. Dr Teuta Berisha Is amazing. I have been a regular customer for a few years now, and she is great at advising on and performing very natural ‘tweakments’. My skins is looking great, and I love that she will never recommend anything not required or potentially not suitable for face shape/skin type.

I felt so nervous before hand, but I had no need to.
Rosie totally put me at ease, I’ve always been very “filler” adverse, I had a Botox previously and wanted a fuller lip, top specifically.
Rosie took her time, on what to expect, results etc.
Honestly I hardly noticed the Botox (I’m a very nervous person with needles)
And the filler was surprisingly quick and non invasive, it was more the pre worry than the actual procedure.
I totally trust Rosie 100 percent, and am looking forward to any future procedures needed. Thank you Rosie for giving me a new found confidence.
