Define Clinic Reviews

The PRP treatment was carefully done and has left my skin feeling fresh with a healthy glow. I’d totally recommend.

I have had several treatments with Elina and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is so knowledgable and brilliant at what she does. She is also very kind and patient and takes her time to perfect her work. I think Define are the best - Every single member of staff are lovely and so friendly together with professionalism. They are all so welcoming and you know you are always in safe hands. Thank you to you all!

Suzi was terrific. I was nervous but not for long. Always a friendly reception at Define and I always feel in safe hands.

Dr. Arrenii - brilliant service & experienced Dr. I highly recommend Define Clinic.

Thank you, Elena, for your care yesterday on my first Moxi laser treatment for my sun damaged skin. Elena gave a thorough explanation of the treatment. Made sure I was prepped well and then carried out the treatment with care and attention checking to ensure I was fine. The post treatment care and explanation of follow up regime was also very good.

Dr Benji is amazing. He has a very natural style and always does a good job. No body will notice what you have done! I have done botox and fillers with him and always came back looking refreshed without looking done!

The best cosmetic clinic around. Everyone is lovely, professional and the results are incredible. Dr Arreni is amazing!!

A really beautiful and clean clinic with the latest technology. The staff were really friendly and informative.

Truly grateful to be in the good hands of Define Clinic. Both Dr. Benji Dhillon and Suzie have been extremely professional and exceptional in what they do , and am extremely happy with the desired results and outcome achieved. A big THANK YOU 🙌

I saw Elena for a consultation and she was so lovely, welcoming, and professional. I've seen other dermatologists before and they just pushed their own products onto you and seemed like they didn't care. Elena actually took the time to take me through what she thought would be best for my skin, and give me multiple options in case I couldn't afford a treatment! She even took the time to review my current skincare routine and advised me against using certain products. I had so many questions about skincare and she answered them all so Thank you, Elena :)

Feeling that I’m in safe hands with Elena. She keeps you at ease before, during and post treatment. She is very honest with recommendations. She isn’t pushy and allows you to make enlightened decisions for yourself.

The care and attention given by Dr Benji Dhillon is exceptional. I have had both fillers and Botox on several occasions and I am always delighted with the natural enhancements that are achieved.

Always feel in very safe hands when I’m with Dr Teuta. She knows exactly what results I hope to achieve and delivers them seamlessly with a professional yet friendly approach. A true perfectionist and I’m so glad I found her!

I saw Dr Elena about a problem reaction with a poor treatment I received from a therapist abroad. Before her I struggled to find a person who would even take this on. She was exceptionally honest and professional and is coming back to me with a treatment plan. The treatment will include correction and future advice to meet my own personal concerns. I feel confident.

I had consultation with Dr Teuta, she noticed the issue that some other doctors/ dentists didn’t manage to see for a long time. It made me realise that she is detailed, highly knowledgeable and cares to do the best for the client.

I was a bit apprehensive coming into the clinic, as have never had any treatments done like this in the past. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome by the staff at reception, the lady taking my photos, and Dr Benji Dhillon who made me feel at ease and calmly talked through the procedures that he recommended I should have done and that they would be natural and not over the top as you see with some people, especially celebs! He was friendly and genuine and gave his honest opinion, which gave me the confidence to take the next step and book my first treatment with him and his team. I look forward to seeing you. Thank you so much.

Dr. Elina took the time to consult, review the consultation and set up a meeting with Dr. Benji for a second opinion. No one was pushy. I found the advice to be honest and at no point a pie-in-the-sky sell attitude that has become so common in this field. The clinic has a peaceful feel and everyone seems to have time to be present while doing their job. I walked away trusting their professionalism and commitment. It was obvious from my consultations that I was dealing with the best and look forward to starting treament.

I've been visiting Define Clinic for just under a year now.

I am now a regular patient of Dr Teuta Berisha. I have undergone lip, chin and tear trough filler and have been so amazed with the natural results given.

Teuta is so welcoming, friendly and informative and I always feel safe in her hands.

Seeing the before and after photos is my favourite part!

She has also recommended some fantastic skincare products that have worked really well for my skin.

I'm so glad that I have found Define Clinic and will continue to see Dr Teuta for all of my aesthetic procedures.

If you are considering making an appointment... do it!

I just wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
