From the moment I arrive at Define there’s a welcoming atmosphere. Receptionists are friendly and always helpful. The treatment rooms are lovely, clean and trendy. Benji Dhillon is highly professional, interested in you and always listens to what you want and gives natural results. I cannot rate this beauty clinic/surgery highly enough.

As always Benji was very reassuring, listened to my concerns and suggested various treatment options. I felt very comfortable and confident in his care and was thrilled with the natural looking results.

Amazing treatment as always with Dr Dhillon! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my dermal fillers, virtually painless and an incredible result. 🙏

Dr Arreni was amazing, very professional and extremely supportive. Spent a good amount of time talking me through the procedure in the consultation appointment. Definitely going to consider them.

Visited Define yesterday for Miradry treatment ( underarm sweating). Made to feel very welcome, was fully informed about the whole procedure which was carried out by two very professional ladies who were fabulous in their care with me ( and fabulous to talk to!).
Early days still but can’t fault anything to this point. Would recommend Define 100%.

Amazing results, really recommend the composite bonding, the team spend time to make sure they give you that perfect smile! Very attentive and friendly staff who have been amazing throughout the process from initial consultation through to the follow ups.

Went for Botox top up and saw the lovely Dr Arreni , very professional and gave lots of info.

I had a byonik (cold laser) facial with Ashleigh yesterday as my skin is prone to a rosea rash and dryness from time to time and I have to say that I emerged with a glowingly moisturised and less angry looking face after a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant treatment! I’m hoping to do it much more regularly from now onwards!

Dr Benji Dhillon is the most amazing doctor. It’s been two weeks after I got Botox. This is the best result I have ever had before, it was definitely better than I did at Harley street. All wrinkles all gone, and most importantly is your eyes didn’t look very weird. Looking very naturally. Would recommend to anyone come to Define, you won’t be disappointed with Dr Benji.

A pain to have to go back and get a new one

Dr Arreni was brilliant and professional from start to finish. There was a lot of time allocated so nothing was rushed. It was a very in depth consultation to find out concerns and what was wanting to be achieved. I can’t recommend her and the clinic enough. The ladies on reception were really lovely and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I’m very happy I chose define clinic and I will definitely be back to see them!

I attended Define for my first ever dermal fillers appointment 3 weeks ago, and was treated by Dr Benji and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s a beautiful clinic and everyone was so lovely. Highly knowledgeable and skilled, I am so impressed with Dr Benji’s work. Surprisingly comfortable too. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be returning.

she was cordial, professional and honest, which was what I was looking for. She is obviously a

I have visited Define twice now, once for Botox and yesterday for a Byonik facial. I cannot fault the service received! Dr Dhillon was marvellous, restored my faith in Botox after a disappointing outcome at another clinic, and completely put me at ease.

Yesterday Paige carried out a Byonik facial. She was absolutely delightful, so friendly and the treatment was so relaxing - a perfect start on a grey Monday morning!

And I would also like to praise the reception team for their warm welcome. They set the tone for the clinic, which is relaxing, down to earth and welcoming.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Define and I will definitely be using them for future treatments!
