Great gift for a gamer, I chose a controller from the pre-set options but you can customise these with your own design.
I made an error in my ordering (due to not being a gamer myself) and the Company quickly picked up on it, emailed me to clarify then sent the corrected order out immediately after they received my response.
I defy you to find better customer service (see what I did there!)

Had an email saying order was done getting ready to ship after 2 weeks on week 3 nothing so contacted support for them to say will be made and shipped in another 2 weeks absolutely shocking a

Really happy with the company, relieved order of mine today and its top quality so far! There was a delay with some of my parts but they were extremely responsive and provided some freebies! Would 100% recommend :)

Worst customer experience ever very poor will never purchase again from this company. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because I’ve waited over a month to receive my item which was already expensive item as it is and it takes forever to get delivered to you. They say that you will get it within 7 to 14 working days that is very incorrect. You would have to wait over one month to receive it. Very very poor

Will be proceeding with legal action against the company in accordance with the rules stated under the Trading Standards act. I have waited over a month for my item and they are refusing to cancel and keep making excuses up to send. AVOID! Do not use. They do not keep stock hence the delays, they allow customers to place orders without having anything in stock. Customer service is atrocious they do not even respond. Will be taking this further legally due to the stress and anxiety this has caused me

The product we ordered originally was not 100% to our requirements. However, the company has agreed to refund the money plus had made multiple offers of upgrading us to a better product with whatever design we wanted so I can't fault them.
Yes, we have had multiple communication to get there but I can honestly say they have tried their best to fix the issue and have always responded on time.
Designs are amazing, I have to say as well.
So, all in all, good experience.

If you are willing to pay a little bit extra a scuf controller is worth your money and the quality will save you in the long run.

Build quality was okay but not amazing. After 3 months i started to experience stick drift, i emailed them to let them know i was not pleased after such a short period of time but there was nothing they could do as it was out of warranty (they only offered 3months at this time) and at the time no additional warrantee was available (shocking really, it cost almost £180!). A month or so later and the d-pad buttons started playing up - sometimes they would work, sometimes they wouldnt. Fast forward another few months and the R2 button had completely broken rendering it unusable.

Its worth noting that i am a 30 y/o gamer and not some kid who sit for hours and hours a day as i do not have the time. I always took care of the product but to no avail so its extremely dissapointing.

I check their website now to realise they offer a years warranty as a premium, which will take it to around the same price as a scuf anyways.

Totally dissapointing experience and i would not purchase from this Company again.

Did not get what I asked for no name on ps4 controller some poor excuse made about no engraved

Took a long time to come the controller come not in full working condition it wasn’t working at all however.
they sent me a replacement once I sent the controller back they did the controller out to me asap I had a bad experience with them but they are a good company with high quality products.
