Great selection. Only shop I could find that stocks Chartreuse and also does delivery in EU.

The packaging was great, there was no room for the bottles to even move or shake.

Delia shop has the best offering I have seen in Europe that adds new items often and the prices are very competitive as well so this is my go-to shop as in my country there aren't that many options.

Good selection of bourbon and bottles was packed very good delivery time was as expected very good shop I will shop there again 😃

I regularly buy Scotch online at very different retailers, and let me tell you, Delia is the most patient and ready to help person I have found in a long time. Excellent prices and superb catalogue. Perhaps, and just as a casual suggestion, free shipping with high value purchases would be very welcome, but it's just a very minor thing compared to the many advantages of shopping with her. Thanks Delia!

I purchased from Delia whisky a Macallan A Night on Earth, The First Light Edition. I live in Alicante, Spain, the product was well-priced, shipping from Germany to Spain was reasonable and the item arrived quickly and was EXCELLENTLY PACKAGED. I will be a returning customer... Cheers! 🥂🥂🥂

"That case is closed for us and we will never ship anything to you again" ... really?

Ordered a $400 bottle on Aug 5, 2025, shipped to the USA. It was sent with an incomplete address (confirmed by DHL — “address error, returned to sender”). After that, the seller ignored three follow-up emails and only replied months later, on Oct 15, after I flagged it with my bank, with a rude message refusing any solution.

They never resent the order or issued a refund, and my bank’s complaint case shows they’re still waiting for the seller’s response. Their email shows their unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability.

As a collector, I’ve bought from many shops — this has been the worst experience.
⚠️ Avoid Delia’s Whiskyshop — unresponsive, rude, and unreliable.

The amount of product that is available is astonishing and the prices are very competitive. I have placed several orders and thus far service has been top notch, delivery fast and packaging really good.

Delias Whiskyshop GmbH is an online haven for whisky and rum lovers! Their selection is extensive and well curated, and the knowledgeable staff provide exceptional customer service. Every purchase is a delightful experience, with quality products and swift delivery. I have enjoyed their YouTube Live Tasting particularly and their sample boxes. For top-notch rum and whisky and seamless online shopping, Delias is the go-to destination.
