This company is a scam. I placed an order like an idiot without reading reviews. The amount I was charged was significantly more than the price quoted on the order form. I can't get a response from the company other than an automated email with a link to shop more on their site. Any other links in the email take me to their FAQ page, not customer support. I've reported this to my credit card company, but they told me I'd have to give the vendor 10 days to make good on the sale, refund or send the product. They did note on my account an issue so we will see what Delicaten does. I've sent three emails using their contact us link and replying to the automated responses from them. The automated response email they sent does receive emails at the email address because they reply back to me so it isn't a No Reply email address. My Warning to anyone ordering from this company, Don't do it!

I ordered the blessings jar from them and never received it. They shipped it to an unknown address and the postal service RETURNED TO SENDER. They offered to send me a new package if I paid for shipping. Since they couldn’t get it to me the first time, I simply asked for a refund instead. They refused. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible customer service the product I brought was also tiny !!!! Nothing like the photo and not worth the money this store does not care about the customers just about making fraudulent money

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a complete SHAM. I have reported them to the FTC, and I am sick that they are getting away with it. I wish we could all get together to stop this “company” from hurting others. Shame on them. Ordered the Bible verses in a jar, like other people did (read below for more bad reviews), and it was sent to me with the same verse printed over and over again. Cheap, plastic jar about the size of my palm. I am so glad I ordered only 1, as I was close to buying more for Christmas gifts. No refund was given after countless attempts. Please, spread the word about this scam!

Be aware of this company! It is a total scam. I spent $200 on what I thought were mason jars full of Bible verses. Instead, they are little plastic bottles that are about 4 inches high with the labels improperly spaced and crooked. Everything is misspelled including the names of the Books of the Bible. For example “Janes” instead of James. I tried to do a review on their site and of course it didn’t take it. I feel like I have totally been duped!

However, the time line to return the item was too short to get my money returned. This company is such a scam!!

I ordered 3 of the Bible verses gifts. Supposed to be 30 days of verses. Total scam! It’s the same 6 verses over and over again. Typos everywhere. When I requested a refund because it’s not as advertised, I was told nope. Total rip off. Do not order from this place!!!!

Ordered Bible verses and it was a total waste of money! Lots of typos! Verses were wrong too!! If you want to sell things at least have decency to give me options to return it.

I ordered the Elf on the Shelf kit, and I’m absolutely upset with this box. There’s so many typos, things are missing, wrong items in wrong bags, so I have to figure out what goes with what card. Some things have no explanation on what it’s for. It’s just overall, a complete let down. Maybe $12 at most, but $45 after shipping is just a rip off. I’m so upset I didn’t look into this company before ordering.

Total scam! I ordered the Bible verses. What a scam. Here I was hoping that I would get words of encouragement. All I found were typing errors and lots of mistakes. I spent $30 for typing errors horrible customer service.

Scam - complete junk!

This is the worst company I had ever to deal with. Their customer service is terrible. I purchased something for my mother in law and there were mistakes everywhere. Misspelled words, front label put on a slant. I have contacted them via email because there is no phone number. I asked for a refund and I would ship the item back and all they offer me is a $4 refund on a $30 item. First it was $2. That’s an insult. Buyer beware do not purchase from them. Takes them forever to answer your emails and when they do it’s 1 response. Find another company to give your money too.

Product was defective in multiple ways. I spent $34 and they said they would refund me $2. Scam.

I had to give a star before I could post a review otherwise there would not have been any stars. Never received my order yet their tracking said I did. Ring camera also confirmed no delivery. Post master said nothing was scanned by the mailman either. They will not issue a refund which makes me think that this is a bogus company. So annoying. It was a Christmas gift.

I never received my order. The post office says that my tracking number isn't real and I've been scammed.

This is a FB page that is a complete scam along with the several bogus shipping companies involved as well. I’ve had 2 different tracking #s as well as 3 different shipping companies now. Still no delivery of product’s ordered.Facebook is completely complicit in this kind of fraud on their platform.
