This service just not the best mascaraas my first time I have purchased…
This was my first time I have purchased a product. Delivery was fine and I had very good correspondence when I hasn't received my product after a week as there were holidays. I find the mascara is good but it does.clog my eye lashes and for an expensive mascara I wasn't expecting that. Maybe I'm not applying it correctly.

I have always found them brilliant
I have always found them brilliant. I love the colours of lipsticks and the foundation is in a shade which is good as I have very pale skin. Would recommend them.

Initially damaged product delivered (brow liner) but customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent. Colour is good (ash), very fine tip, blends well with the brush. Natural looking. Very happy with

Great products and service
Great products and service. I like the fact also that they really do look at reviews and customer feedback. On a review regarding lipstick I mentioned that although I loved the colour, I had trouble making lipstick stay on. Straight away they came back to me giving me useful tips to help lipstick stay on longer. Impressive.

Models are of all ages and this helps more mature customers like myself. As we age our skin changes, hair colour changes and we may need extra encouragement to explore those transitions. The products are cruelty free, paraben free. I use them every day.
