Cheaper than euro car parts for the same part! Took a few days longer than expected but arrived as described!

I had to ship a package overseas to my relatives and I wasn't sure how to complete the paperwork properly. So I called the number and a young lady talked me through the paperwork. I managed to complete and arrange collection date and a reasonable delivery date.
The package was collected very promptly on the date arranged by a friendly driver, and the package arrived as promised on the date specified.
The whole service was professionaly handled from start to finish.
Their prices are very competitive too.
I will definately be using this firm again

Ordered Friday and showed up Tuesday! Can't fault!

When we first arranged our shipment, the team was friendly and easy to reach, and we were told delivery would take a maximum of 12 weeks. We’re now at 18 weeks, and have just received another email from the company in Montreal that Deliver 1 transferred our shipment to — saying it will be another 1–4 weeks before it even gets put on a train from Montreal to Vancouver.

At this point, we’re likely looking at around 24 weeks total, if we’re lucky. It’s winter, we’re still waiting for our clothes, and no one is taking responsibility. Deliver 1 has completely stopped replying to my emails. Although the Montreal company is helpful, they are not giving straight answers.

Overall, a very disappointing experience — lack of transparency, no follow-up, and endless delays. I wish I’d gone with a different shipping company.

I strongly advise avoiding Deliver1. Two large, professionally packed items (a canvas and mirror) were never delivered, and the company has provided no proof they were ever shipped.

After now months of chasing, they admitted the items were missing but offered only £150 “goodwill” compensation on the condition that I remove my honest review..

Excellent service. Delivered in no time from London to Paris. Very nice and efficient crew members.

This has got to be the rudest, most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

First, they were rude and condescending, expecting far more from their customers than advertised. Then they take your money without consideration for additional costs, then guilt you into buying additional service.

Then, after all the turmoil, they send our stuff from Germany to LOS ANGELES, although it was supposed to go to CHICAGO. It is the end of April and we still haven't seen our belongings since December. Terrible, utterly disgusting service. DO NOT USE THESE RATS!

We booked this company to move couple of boxes from High Wycombe to Berlin
Before the payment everything was going well with Vicky but after we made the payment and they collected our load we had the most nightmare from our life. We get a phone call from the manager and they requested an additional payment of 1200 even if we provided all the volume and the weight in advance , they send us a photo with a weighbridge and they sustain that was our load , which is a big lie , we was forced to make the payment because they keep our load . They delivered everything damaged after 4 weeks , now nobody answer at the phone Charlie and Vicky dissappear
