I had to wait a bit longer than what I was expecting for the shipping of the package and the communication of the updates was not immediate, but the level of the service is proportional to the cost; so in summary if you have time, I would recommend this service. Alternatives are very expensive.

I used Deliveringparcel to source a necklace from Tiffany that I couldn't purchase here in the UK. Great experience, item was purchased quickly and forwarding service was also speedy given it was over Christmas. Highly recommend and will use again in the future. Pricing was reasonable too! Overall very pleased.

My first time using a parcel forwarding service. I'm very happy to finally have the book I ordered. It took way longer than I expected, but I wasn't in a huge hurry to get it, and I may have made the process a bit more difficult than it should have been. The website is not the most user friendly, and it's a bit awkward to use, but it's functional enough. Otherwise it's pretty good.

Reply : but I have posted for over a week and no response from shippers. Also, I have emailed twice to your site requesting to delete my ship request and no one replies to me. If the site is not dead I don’t know what it is.

Non operating site, no response from shippers, no one replies emails, unable to delete requests, an empty website empty company.

I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical using a new forwarding service since it is hard to find good websites, but had to find a new alternative due to Parcl's shutdown. Deliveringparcel has been great, might be a bit pricey to some but that's to come with any type of forwarding service. This is definitely my new go-to site when it comes to buying items that I can't get shipped to the US.

Everything arrived in excellent condition! The only complaint I have is about the delay in communicating. For example I got a notice from the website I ordered from that my package had arrived to Delivering Parcel’s facility, but I didn’t get a notice from Delivering Parcel that they had received my package until the next day. This could definitely be improved.

Also having spaces before the periods makes the website look very unprofessional. For example: “And please do let us know how you feel about our service provided with your honest review .“
This could also be improved.

It was so easy to use considering I had never used a service like this before. It didn't take much time at all for my parcel to be collected and delivered. Would definitely be using this service in the future!

Deliveringparcel.com meets a very important need in the market. If you want to buy from an online seller that only delivers to their own country, then Deliveringparcel.com provides a perfect solution.

Their website and user interface needs a lot of improvement. For a UK based company, the English spelling and grammar has so many errors that it unfortunately looks like a scam website.

However, their customer service has been prompt and courteous. I would use their service again. Hopefully they will continue to improve their website.

Fast responds, even during weekends. I didnt find that many reviews but they where the only company that i could find that was able to forward packages from Argentina. They sure did! And they did it perfectly, with reasonable pricing and it was very fast. I will definitly use them again if i need something more from Argentina.
