I wanted a Canada Goose parka but was reluctant to buy new at £1200. Decided I would to go down the 2nd hand route to save some cash, but this comes with it's own concerns such as the condition of the coat and also authenticity. Even 2nd hand the coat was going to cost £500+ and I didnt want to waste hard earned money on either a coat they was in poor condition or worse (IMO) a fake coat. I did a LOT of research on online sellers and eventually through recomendation/word of mouth came across Alex/the Deluge store. I contacted him with the request of what I was after and Alex very quickly contacted me to let me know he had something suitable. The price seemed reasonable and Alex described the coat as pristine (9/10). I'm probably the most sceptical person in the world, but due to all the great reviews I had read about Deluge store I decided to take a punt. I requested Alex ship the coat ASAP and to his absolute credit it was with me 20 hours later. As promised the coat was in superb condition and you would be hard pressed to know that it wasn't new. Pretty amazing bearing in mind buying from Alex had saved me £625. In conclusion I thouroghly recommend Alex as a seller. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and look forward to buying more from him in the future.

I stumbled across deluge through a Facebook group; the company is very trusted and highly spoken about in the community. I dropped the owner a message for a Wyndham Parka and he had referred me to his Instagram page.

After shooting him a message within 5 minutes I had purchased the Wyndham parka through Apple Pay on the website; buying made easy, saved me getting out of bed haha!

I had pre-ordered the parka so it had taken 4 days to him and 1 day to me via next day delivery. It did take longer than expected to get to him but I was offered other coats numerous times and communicated with everyday! (He put up with a lot of messages from me but always replied)

I received the jacket and it was securely packaged. It looked brand new and I couldn’t be happier. I was treated like a friend during this entire buying experience. If you are thinking from buying from this store don’t think. Just buy. You will be 110% taken care of. The prices are unbeatable
