Hi there,

We already tried to sort this issue through depop. I provided proof of authenticity which they saw and sided with me because our items are authentic, I do not understand why you still say fake even after authenticity has been proved multiple times to you, it feels like you have a complete agenda against us and we are unsure if you are even a real account/person.

Regarding authenticity, our customers are invited to check authenticity of any of our items themselves before purchasing an item from us and we completely understand that customers may want to do that with second hand items, however we do not appreciate false claims of inauthenticity and we see it as slander against us.

Regarding the supposed 'poor condition' of the jacket, we recieved a message from you immediately after recieving it saying all was good with the jacket and you were satisfied, then days later we recieve messages of abuse and slander against us and other depop customers recieved messges from you trying to slander us with false claims. Again, this matter was taken to depop, we provided photos of the item the day we sent it out to you and they could clearly see in the photos that the jacket was in good condition, hence why depop sided with us in the claim.

Finally, the buyer seemed to get angry over postage times. During the week when this buyer purchased this jacket i recieved some unfortunate family news, which delayed my sending from 48 hours after purchase to 72 hours. After 48 hours (2 days!) the buyer lost patience even though i explained what was going on. He left me a 1 star review on depop for no reason and began to spam message all my customers even though he knew what I was going through.

The jacket was sent off the next day to him and he recieved it around 24 hours later, where he immediately claimed my item was fake. I proved authenticity to him various times, but the buyer had it in his head that he was going to try to screw us over. Once the authenticity was proved to him he decided to claim the item was in poor condition. Proof again was sent to depop customer support team of the condition of the jacket, and they examined the proof and sided with us.

Additionally, we even offer a 7 day return swap policy, whereby if for some reason a customer is not satisfied with an item upon arrival, they can swap for any other item we have up to the bought items value. This was offered to the buyer but he seemed to distracted by commenting abuse on our photos and messaging our customers abuse.

The rudest customer we have ever dealt with and we will not be selling to you again. Does not want to come to a resolution, will still claim items are fake even when authenticity has been proved multiple times and overall rude and not a nice guy.
