Easy to order via videolink
East to order, WhatsApp video call on selected sofas. Advised on firmness, which is spot on. Did have a small issue because of a typo but everything went smoothly. Delivery men get 5 * also, very patient, got furniture in without any damage. I love my sofa!

Lovely top quality sofa and excellent service
I purchased the Rosetta Slim 2 seater recliner sofa in faux suede. This is a lovely, superb quality sofa and the recliners are really comfortable. The process was really easy with very helpful staff. The delivery was within the stated timescale and the delivery guys were great. All round an excellent experience and highly recommend.

Customer service was 5*
Customer service was 5*. The team at Delux couldn’t do more for us as first time house buyers. They have been so supportive through this process, and made sure to be very clear about how things work. When we went to the showroom we had one to one guidance which just made the experience better. We have now received our sofa and we can officially say it is the best sofa we have ever sat on. It’s made our new home feel like home. We brought the downtime corner sofa.

Very long lead time and poor customer…
Very long lead time and poor customer service. i ordered the sofa in September expecting this to arrive in time for family christmas. It arrived the following February so 4.5 months. I had to chase for an initial update at which point i was fobbed off with a standard reply. A week later was told the fabric was out of stock and it now wouldn't arrive till after the new year. A hollow apology without so much as a small gesture of compensation. Christmas spent on camping chairs. Furniture quality fine but don't trust delivery times if these are important to you.

We fully understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive your seating in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, with made-to-order products that are available in a wide range of configurations and material finishes, there can occasionally be unforeseen delays—particularly with less commonly selected options, such as the Forest Green Zoya fabric you chose. In this instance, the fabric was only restocked shortly before the shipment cut-off, which sadly meant your order narrowly missed being dispatched in time for the holidays.
That said, this situation was exceptionally rare—over 99% of our Christmas orders were delivered on schedule. We continuously strive for a 100% on-time delivery record and take great pride in our service, but as we rely on third-party suppliers for certain materials, occasional delays can unfortunately occur and are sometimes outside of our direct control.
We truly hope that now your seating has arrived, you are delighted with the quality and craftsmanship. We take great care to offer beautifully made products at excellent value, and we trust you will enjoy your new furniture for many years to come.
Please note that our policy on compensation applies only when delays arise from errors on our part, rather than supplier-related issues beyond our control.

Sofa came within the expected time and was quickly assembled. I'm really happy with my purchase. The leather is so soft and warm touch and the sofa comfortable and stylish. I couldn't have bought this quality of product from any high street sofa store. I would highly recommend Delux Deco to my friends and family.

Excellent high quality furniture..
Delux Deco has some very top of the range goods. Deluxe is definitely their forte. Explained very carefully about the products they had. Very helpful in providing the pros and cons of their goods for our individual needs. Not cheap, but you pay for the quality. I recommmend to pay them a visit and experience the products before you buy.

Perfect fit!!!
I was pleased with the remote support, guidance on the product and precise fit of the sofa following the module breakdown, fabric and samples list being supplied. The fit was perfect for the room and the installation team were great and respectful, wearing shoe covers and tidying up after themselves. I would thoroughly recommend the services of Delux Deco and their team is more than happy to help throughout the process.

we are delighted with our choice of sofa. leather is lovely & soft and very comfortable to sit on. A great service. from the shop to delivery. with regular updates on production and transport & delivery guys were so good.
only one issue of having to keep the cardboard boxes as its is "no box no return policy . we are okay we have a garden shed. but if we were in a flat it would be a storage issue as the boxes are huge.

Cinema seats
I bought seven cinema seats from Delux Deco. When I went to the showroom Graham was very helpful and informative about the different products they had on offer. Because I was building my cinema room the process went on for quite a while and I visited the store lots of times. Graham was very patient with me whilst I made my decision and there was no pressure. Once the order was made I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend Delux Deco for their wonderful service.
