Great little find, pricing is fair and the customer service excellent. They have a direct contact number and WhatsApp support unlike most other websites I've used in the same field. No need to mess around with emails waiting for a response

I ordered a shorts and tshirt set and…
I ordered a shorts and tshirt set and paid the £5 delivery fee and I work full time so missed the delivery 3 times. I didn't realise you had to give the delivery driver a code to get your delivery so my order was returned. I panicked as it was a gift and I needed it for 26th June so I ordered another 1 and paid £5 delivery. My order arrived on the day I needed it which was great along with the first order as well so I returned 1 which cost another £4.45 return postage which I appreciate is standard policy. The refund was processed quite quickly however not a full refund was made. It was minus £9.99 which I have no idea what for. I've tried to contact to no avail and will never order from this site again

Regarding your refund, this has been issued for the full amount minus the original £4.99 delivery charge. If this does not appear to be the case on your statement, please feel free to contact us so we can look into it for you.
For context, the PIN verification process at checkout is a security measure we have in place to prevent fraudulent orders and protect our customers. The courier should have sent this PIN to you via email and SMS, using the contact details provided when your order was placed.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Delivery was fast, and communication throughout the buying process was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered immediately, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The service was top-notch, and the delivery was spot on, arriving on time as promised. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again
