be carful don't print check ! that was the only option to get paid without a fee but the trick is the checks don't work anywhere ! I tried 3 banks and apps keeps rejecting. The are trying to hold to your money I will try to cancel that garbage printed check. I would never recommend to use this company I just got directed by a contractor RTV to this bad company :( Now who knows how long it takes to get paid !

Deluxe echecks is misleading. They are a bunch of scam artists m. They charged for $26.00 to put a direct deposit. Don’t use their service they are scammers.

My bank name and routing number changed but Deluxe wants me to open a new account and buy new e-checks from them instead of just allowing me to update it online...they give a long story about how this gives them expense by allowing you to update your account. I just lost all the checks I prepaid for. It's a money grab.

Its the same thing that everyone else complains about. They make it difficult to receive payment. It is either by design or obselence.

WORST EVER! Spent over one hour trying to print out the check with the full signature at bottom and trying to resolve w customer service, and no luck! What a ridiculous and grossly unprofessional way to do business, just to print out a simple check! Horrible company!

All I was trying to do was help a friend. He needed to have an E-Check printed out. No problem I said, well big mistake. I was able to get the Email with the check but they wanted me to create an account before I could download the check to print. What a nightmare from the beginning. The printer didn't think I was connected to wifi so I couldn't print the check. Funny it said I was connected. So today I went back and lo and behold the company expected me to open an account. Nowhere did it say login. Okay open the account with yesterday's info and it said my email could not be used because it belongs to someone. Really wonder how? You can try all you want but you get nowhere. Can't call. Number doesn't work. No on line support they are no on line. I finally realized I may have downloaded the check and sure enough I had. Printed it from a different source when to the bank and thought done. Yeah no. Seems the check was cancled and a new one issued. I hit the ceiling. If I deposited a check and it isn't valid I will go ballistic. So much for helping a friend

It could not be more difficult to get the echeck money- be ready to be spammed a million times and encounter every imaginable roadblock. Still trying to get my money - would not recommend this site.

There is not a single option to get your check without incurring an expense. Honestly, you have to pay to get your payroll check through this service under the guise of convenience. There is no inconvenient option, so forced convenience. These folks should be ashamed and employers should know that employees aren't going to think much of them when they have to pay just to get paid.

They claim to offer a range of way to redeem a payment electronically, but the check I received via them didn't have any electronic redemption options. After digging through help centers articles, I found one explaining that "some" checks don't qualify for electronic redemption and that they don't explain why for each check.

They also started spamming me as soon as I signed up and they don't let you unsubscribe or cancel your account without calling them.

An associate sent me an eCheck through email via Deluxe and Deluxe decided that this meant I wanted to be added to their email spam list. Being sent an eCheck is enough to make me interested in their services, because whoever sent it to me considered it a good company. But treating that like me wanting to be spammed negates all that.
