Deluxe Travels Private Hire & Taxis Stoke Ltd Reviews

Another smooth transfer to and from airport to Newcastle Staffs, great communication- always good to them check in a couple of days before. We have used for many years and can highly recommend Deluxe travels - always takes a lot of stress out of the holiday when you know there is such a reliable service at either end of your break.

We used Deluxe Travel Stoke Ltd taxi for our family's relocation journey from Stoke-on-Trent, England to Sydney, Australia on Monday, 20th July 2026. Emigrating across the world with three very young children—including twin toddlers and an infant—is incredibly daunting, but this company provided the absolute perfect start to our journey.

Our driver, Beebo, was phenomenal. He was genuinely kind, incredibly polite, and highly professional throughout the entire trip. We shared fantastic conversations along the way, which completely eased our pre-flight anxieties.

Beebo went out of his way to help us handle our massive, heavy luggage load, loading and unloading every single bag safely at Manchester Airport Terminal 2. Most importantly, his driving was impeccable. He kept strictly to the speed limits, making my family's safety his absolute number one priority.

Deluxe Travel Stoke Ltd fully lives up to its outstanding online reputation. Beebo is a credit to the company, and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone needing reliable, top-tier airport transport. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

Absolutely fantastic company, we arranged a pickup for 3.30am and they arrived at 3.10 so no panic whatsoever at that time of morning. We had a party of 8 with 2 being small children, 1 age 5 and 1 age 2 and they even supplied fitted child seats for the 2 kids. Would highly recommend this company and we will definitely be using them again next year .

Would highly recommend this professional, reliable and punctual service. Have used several times and they have been consistently top class.
Communication has always been clear with guidance as to what to do if plans change etc.
Our driver waited an hour for us following technical problems at the multi million pound terminal 2 MCR airport. What a star !!

The guys at deluxe travel were brilliant. We were a group of 19 on a hen party. They were on time to collect us and take us to the airport and they were on time picking us up from the airport. When we landed they advised they were on a car park 7 mins away and to contact them when we had our luggage so that they could make their way to us. This worked perfectly and the journey to and from the airport was incredibly stress free and smooth. They were also very organised with reminders for our upcoming booking and efficient with booking confirmations. They are also very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend these guys. As the person organising the hen do deluxe travels made an already stressful job a lot easier so thank you!

Great service from Cheshire to Heathrow and return.
Nice comfortable car, driver polite and courteous, arrived in plenty of time for the outbound trip and was waiting in arrivals for the return.
Would use again and would readily recommend.

The best taxi service of all.
Extremely courteous people, helpful and thoughtful. Spotlessly clean vehicles and bottled water provided. Communication is so important particularly with an airport transfer, Deluxe Taxis are second to none, I received confirmation messages the day before pickup, on the day of the pickup and an hour before actual pickup, the same communication for the return journey. Along with a top class vehicle I expected this kind of service to be expensive but I was quite surprised to find that Deluxe Taxis cost less than other taxis I had used.
Many thanks Deluxe Taxis.

Excellent service from enquiry, booking to the journey. Driver on time, lovely car, friendly service. Have used Deluxe for a couple of trips now and would be happy to recommend them.

I had an amazing experience from booking to being dropped off at the end. Great communication and on time for both pick ups am using again next year already booked. thank you

Absolutely faultless. Tracked our flight home as we were delayed and he was still there on time waefot us to land. 100% recommend and will be using again

We have used Deluxe Travels over the past two years and have never been disappointed. Their service is excellent, together with their attention to detail and communication – which is amazing (especially when one time I booked the wrong day and they caught it immediately!).
I highly recommend this company.

Incredible service provided by these people, makes you feel like a VIP every time 👍

Highly recommend this company. Extremely reliable and friendly service. Travelling without my husband and had our 2 children by myself, the drivers were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from the first message to the final drop off after the holiday.
Vehicles were clean and drivers were sociable
Constant communication throughout the arrangement for the pick up
I would strongly recommend to all future customers
I will definitely use the company for my next trip to the airport
Thank you

I have used this firm several times—three times to be precise—and I will be using them again in the New Year, 2026. One thing is certain about this firm: their punctuality. They are always on time

Absolutely brillant people, right from the start from arranging airport travel, to the actual pick up and drop off. Couldn't fault them. Kept up to date with everything. Will be using them again 100%
