Such a waste of money they suck so much u don't understand my hate for them. They scammed me! I bought a shirt with my bday money and guess what THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO! HELLLLLOOOOOOOO absolute trash and they throw it in your face. Like they spam email you saying "your order has failed to be delivered, SIKE 50% OFF STORE WIDE" like stfu u are a piece of shit and don't deserve shit in life.

I would give them a 0 stars but it’s not possible. This brand is a scam, I’ve ordered some hoodies like 3 years ago and they haven’t shipped them yet, but they continue spamming emails saying that they will send me the order in a few days. I tried to get the refund, without success

Scammers. You buy something and will get endless emails just trying to get you to buy again. They don't ship any purchase but continue to pretend they do. You can't unsubscribe from the email spam. You'll see emails about a 299.99 charge being declined on their site, your order is here, your order is shipped, and a bunch of other dumb headers meant to get you to open it and buy again. They promise to refund you if you buy within an hour, also a lie.

This “company” advertises on social media for clothes and “mystery boxes” then after the customer pays they don’t give you your order. They spam customers with emails to flood their inbox but the emails DO NOT HAVE tracking information and if they do it does not work. You never get a correct shipping update and if you try to contact the company you are met with unprofessional hostility and gaslighting. Even when you get the “mystery box” it’s literally one keychain wrapped in plastic. This is a SCAM company! DO NOT BUY!

Ordered a jacket and a pair of jeans from the Gengar collection back in October 2024. It's about to be August 2025, and I have not gotten my order. The only update I got was that a label was created 2 months ago, but nothing about my order #13705 since. They send out annoying "update" emails weekly, with ragebait subjects like "Your order was stolen" or "Your delivery has failed." I truly thought I was supporting a small business, but it looks like I got scammed like a bunch of other people. I'm really disappointed and will never buy off Instagram again. I've reached out several times this July for a refund and got no response. I'll be reporting to the Federal Trade Commission as well.

How do i get rid of their emails? I don’t even remember suscribing to their newsletter and i cant unsuscribe. I’ve done it millions of times and i still get their emails saying my order was stolen or its on its way. Like what? I have not bought anything. This scammers don’t sleep Jesus.

Ordered some stuff from the Gengar collection in November of 2024 and got a text saying they shipped my package on May 17th but I never once received a tracking number for the supposed shipment. It's sad because I genuinely like the designs and want to support a small business in my state (Alabama) but c'mon man don't rip people off. Order number is #15195

Ordered on June 25, 2025 and it is now July 25th, 2025 and haven't received a single update, definitely a scam pls get a refund and spread the word all over Instagram.

weird asl 😭, out here scamming ppl out of they money for horrid anime clothes , LIES about shipment and stays replying to people’s posts saying they already shipped it or refunded it when they know damn well they didn’t. talking to support doesn’t get you anywhere, they don’t have delays they just lazy & ain’t doing nun. clearly yall need the money more than we do 💀, i hope ts is worth having on your record

Ordered back in May 2024 and still haven’t received my order, I did email customer support about an update on my package and only got forwarded an automated message a few days later. Whatever you do, do NOT spend your money on this scam! Even asking for a refund is useless, they don’t give you that either.

I ordered in June and I still have not received my package. All around a scam. They email me updates and that all of the stuff on their site is 90% off, but I’ll look on the site and it’ll still be a measly 50% off. Just disappointed, I want my refund.

Absolute joke of a company, ordered my shirts in April of last year and they still haven't came. And don't even get me started on their emails, the headlines of them have gone from "your order is delayed" to "your order is cancelled" to "your order was lost" to "your order has been stolen" whoever owns this company is sorry as hell 😂

Horrible. Its been 8 months and still haven't received my order. I’ve emailed to ask for updates and keep hearing 30 days each time.

I spent over 100 dollars back in november 2024 and NEVER got my items. they send mass emails with misleading info and always pushing the date back for shipment. i have requested a refund multiple times and one time they agreed to it next time they said no refund are allowed. i’m highly disappointed because i ordered from them years ago and got my jacket. i think they might’ve sold their business to scammers. still in limbo about the refund and my next steps are disputing it with my bank and reporting them to the federal trade commission and better business bureau if i never get my refund

Never shipped my item, talking to support was absolutely useless. Ended up walking away extremely frustrated but ultimately gave up and I lost my
Money.

Now they send the most annoying marketing emails of all time which are impossible to unsubscribe from. I’ve clicked unsubscribe 5 times and I’m still getting daily emails.

To anyone reading this that works for this scam company: Your marketing strategy sucks, your company sucks and karma will hit you one way or another.

I have tried to unsubscribe several times, but still am receiving mails! Fradulent company. They tried framing their newsletter as shipping updates - but i never ordererd anything and cancelled their newsletter 5 times! There are 80+ scam mails from them in my inbox.

Ordered 6 months ago it came but i got 2 keychain things when i bought $250 worth of stuff. They won’t respond by email. disables comments on insta. tried to chargeback but they gave my bank documentation claiming that they have reached out to me but they have not. Everything about this company is fake. Even the address on their shipping label traces back to upscale luxury apartments in atlanta. I will be filing with the FTC to legally obtain my money back. You have quite the nerve to play with folks money in this economy Mr. Darius.

I ordered my hoodie in march . still haven’t received it , received tracking number that has not updated at all. scammer , shows fake pics and re uses them . save your money

I ordered 4 mystery boxes, they were both half off originally $20 per but they were $10 at time of order, 2 soul eater, 2 hunter x hunter. I read the reviews about bad shipping times after I had ordered and was worried I was going to be scammed or led on so I emailed asking about tracking and they were surprisingly nice, however, they had said shipping had started and sent me a tracking label that simply wasn’t real and both apps tracking orders said they hadn’t even been shipped yet. Shipping wasn’t actually too bad, maybe because I emailed, but they came within 2 weeks. The other issue is the order itself, as mentioned 4 customized orders, $20 each, and all I was sent was 2 identical soul eater keychains and 2 keychains that just had their brand name, not the hunter x hunter I ordered. So no, do not order from them. I didn’t even get what I ordered and this was in no way worth the price I paid for them.
