I contacted customer service via the help facility about a faulty D6 shampoo/shower brush - the strap kept coming off on one side. They sent me a new one which does not have this problem.

This product is amazing! Now I understand why is so famous and still lives through all these decades!
I have curly waves and this brush is perfect to distribute evenly the product on your hair while detangling and, incredible, while helping your hair to get the right twist for the curl. That is why I really recommend it for the styling of curly hair if you want definition and less frizz!
I adjusted the number of the rows to my hair because I have short bob hair and the fact that you can customize it to your needs is fantastic!
Really easy to open and clean it after the use of creams for the styling.
I really recommend it!

Don’t know how I didn”t discover Denman brushes years ago. I loved it so much I bought another one, a comb and the scalp brush. Its done wonders for my curly hair.

Brought these brushes for my daughters, I’ve been using Denman brushes for years .
As I’ve had to post 2 to one daughter haven’t heard any feed back yet , other brush is a top up present for daughter number 2 ,18 th of this month ....
