Was impressed with the website and the actual customer service interaction. The website allowed me to compare plans with a lot of detailed information about the plans. Customer service was exceptional. The rep was very well educated in the plans and answered all of my questions. She answered promptly, was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Hmmmm. While I agree that is a problem, I'm not sure that this is from our company. I'm going to have our Customer Service Department reach out to you. The first red flag is "bi weekly" as a payment option, which is not one of our options. I'm hoping we can clear this up a bit with you and help figure out what happened. Thanks.
