My experience with DentGlow
I was recommended to go through DentGlow by Qunomedical agency. I could not recommend them highly enough myself. Dr Batuhan and my medical consultant Rahma were exceptional throughout, going above and beyond to make me comfortable. I am over the moon with my new smile. I got 16 crowns but will use them again if I ever plan on getting more!

I am so happy with the work I got done at Dent Glow Clinic. First off the clinic is stunning!! Just wow!! Beautiful place.
The dentists put a lot of time and effort to work out the best plan for my difficult situation and was able to give me hope when all hope was lost.
I was also super happy to deal with Melissa, their interpreter, who was super warm, friendly and funny! She was able to put me at ease with everything that was going on and explain what I needed to do during and after my treatment. Thank you to Melissa, the dentists and staff that made feel feel at home.

I was apprehensive about getting my teeth done. I attended a free consultation in manchester, with dentglow. An interpreter was present. They explained everything. The cost included a hotel (+ breakfast ) and all travel transfers. I was satisfied and booked.dentglow kept in touch via watsapp until I landed. There was a beautiful car waiting for me, that took me straight to my hotel, (hotel & staff were great) I was given a time for my dental appointment. A car picked me up, and bought me back at every appointment. The clinic staff waited on me, hand & foot. The owner, Melissa, Denise & Hakkan were brilliant. All the procedure was explained and so it started. An interpreter was by my side. The staff were amazing and truly looked after me. Every question was answered from the beginning to the end. They asked me what shape and colour I wanted . There it was, full zirconium crowns, all done, new teeth. Staff gave me painkillers and a spray and post care sheets. All post care was explained, thoroughly. I had a contact number, if I needed it. I was taken to the airport by their car. I would highly recommend Dentglow, not only was the staff care impeccable, more importantly they listened to what 'I' wanted. I would very highly recommend Dentglow.

The communication was excellent
The communication was excellent, my transfers drivers were nice and friendly. I was treated well at clinic always offered refreshments and made sure I had all the information I needed, I would recommend Dent Glow to anybody needing dental care.

I was so nervous to start with I was getting all on 12. The doctor Mr Batuhan is a Genius to get what I got done on my first visit and to be able to sleep that night with no pain was just brilliant thank u so much Dr Batuhan and ur team see u in 6 months. I have just come off a video call…
I have just come off a video call meeting with Cagla and the chief dentist Gurken after treatment and being back in U.K. there was a query which they have taken time out to address fully and to my full satisfaction. This company is not about taking your money and giving want you want out of medical professionalism. They put their medical responsibility first and will meet you at a point to satisfy you. I’m happy and will be returning for the second part of my procedure in October.

Dr Batuhan and friends are top tier
Dr. Batuhan was amazing with my procedure. He was also very patient with me as I can be difficult sometimes lol. Overall I'm very happy with my end results. Deniz is also an amazing person and kept me smiling through the whole process. The whole staff is actually incredibly awesome and very caring. I love these people.

Best Customer Experience Ever!!!
I honestly don't know where to start with this review. I run my own business and these guys put me to shame when it comes to customer service. I have learnt a lot for using in my own business and I am in a completely different industry.
Let me list why:
Amazing treatment in London at consultation with Hakan - not pushy
Good interaction before by whatsapp up to about 4 weeks before trip
Transfer services they use are perfect - great timekeepers and clean, comfy vehicles with friendly drivers
Clinic is immaculately clean, all staff are super friendly and always greeted with a smile.
Appointments 90% of the time were punctual and when they weren't there was great communication and apologies.
Treatment wasn't always pleasant but as expected and always explanation along the way to re-assure.
Nothing was too much trouble - they even went out to find me a travel adapter because I forgot mine! "PS I am sorry - I forgot to give it back (should I give to the driver taking me to the airport?)"
Ridiculous amount of paperwork before, during and after to make sure not only were they covered if anything went wrong but more importantly showed how serious they were and wanted me to understand everything.
I know it's for their own social media and to attract new customers (which they deserve) but even the photo taking was professional, courteous and didn't intrude.
Staff wise a big thanks to everyone from the photographer, accounts lady upstairs, accounts lady downstairs. Everyone seemed to know everything about every part of the business and if they didn't they found out.
I don't want to finish on a negative so want to get this part out of the way. For the last 1 week before I arrived they went quiet on me on whatsapp to the point I began to worry if this was a scam. After trying to many numbers I did get through to them for them to confirm everything was ok. When I arrived at the clinic the first thing they did was apologise for what happened and explained why. I get the feeling they will not let it happen again.
Dr. Butuhan - amazing doctor, easy to get on with and has a very helpful assistant. His skills are wonderful and he is clearly a perfectionist. He often brought other doctors to get their opinion (I assume as I don't speak Turkish) and discuss next steps. What I have been left with is the most natural looking set of perfect teeth which is exactly what I asked for. I thank you.
Melissa - my interpreter, friend, customer service expert. She made the difference. Always greeted me with a smile, explained everything in detail and was there to interpret with all doctors and staff. I am very thankful for your patience and support - "remember how important I am"!
I cannot recommend Dentglow enough - ignore the negative reviews here as the are without foundation I feel based on my experience.

Dental consultation in London
Went to the consultation in London on July the 16th was made to feel relaxed by the team after a full check up with the head dental consultant Gurkan Metin, I felt safe and secure to go forward with full mouth restoration treatment in August.
Everything was explained and the process was very smooth.
Thank you to Hakan, who took care of the pricing and the accomodation.
They are even throwing in a free dental procedure for my partner.
Will do another review once I have had my treatment.

Très très bon accueil lorsque tu arrives à Dentalglow je parle français et j’ai été très bien accueilli par RAHMA elle t’explique toute les étapes et te suis pour toute les questions avec le dentiste, te conseil et te rassure. L’opération all on 4 en haut et all on 6 en bas c’est très bien passé. Très bon rapport qualité prix et rapidité. Je recommande cette clinique sans souci.
