To simply put this I paid a year ago. Got my kit, sent it back, had to call for the try-in since 2 months passed it finally got sent. Fit was wrong, did a new one, another 2 months I get "we never got it" then another is sent in a few weeks. Fit is wrong then again waiting on molding material finally got it sent it back, got another tube of impression material bad pick try again, had a video call told me I will send it out, never got it, no followup. Asked for it again since another 2 months pass no one responds, i send another email still no response. Finally I asked for a refund. The result i got nothing but frustration and having to Followup continually. Truly was not worth it. So disappointed

Order was decently quick. Impression kit was easy. I don't know what everyone else is talking about. Custlmer service was fantastic. I think some people are just unreasonable.

Will be ordering again if I need dentures in the future.

THIS IS A SCAM AND THIS COMPANY LIES!!!

I can’t believe the reviews that say the customer service is terrible, because, though I waited a few days sometimes to get a reply to an email, I’m very patient, so no problem.
I have a difficult lower dental ridge, and have been burned by several dentists, but Dentkits hung in there with me, had FaceTime chats with me, sent 3 try-ins, before I received a beautiful lower denture. All for the initial price (never adding another amount) of $600. Another dentist charged $700 for a reline on my older denture, that didn’t work (he ruined my denture so had to give me my money back!
I will be honest and mention that it took 4 months in total, but I actually wore one of the try-ins while waiting, so never was without teeth. I want to give a shout-out to Sarah, Nate, Alex, and all the people who worked on the project :) Thanks!!

Great experience overall. The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the final result met my expectations. Customer support was responsive when I had questions, and everything was handled professionally. I’d recommend Dent Kits to anyone looking for a convenient at-home solution.

I ordered a full upper and lower denture for my mom. We went through three try-ins to get it right. But she says the final looks and feels great. I am just happy for her.

The first part of the experience went well. Taking the impressions was very easy. After 2 weeks of waiting for the try-ins, I received them and I couldn't get them to fit. The flanges were too high on both the upper and lower and the lower denture didn't even fit.

I sent emails to both customer service and support, but never got a response. I called them half a dozen times, but they never answered.

I received an email today informing me that my dentures are on their way. I will be returning the package unopened along with a request for refund.

The first lower denture I purchased snapped in half after 3 months. I purchased a replacement for $600 and it snapped in half in exactly the same spot again 9 weeks later. They DO NOT guarantee their work and charge $ 600 every time you replace them.

My full dentures came from DentKIts last two months and they look great. I got to attend my cousin's wedding with them and everyone complimented my smile and look. I had to do some adjusting myself but not everything can be perfect. Thank you once again.

Marketed as keeping dentures secure but a complete waste of money . The adhesion lasted about an hour.

Customer Service- terrible, all but non existent.
The process is so slow and it's been almost two months and I still have nothing to show for it.
I finally received my try ins today and they look like a joke. They're completely unusable.
They sent me the try ins with a new bite impression tray and EVEN EMAILED ME - after a week of not responding, to let me know that they probably wouldn't be what I was looking for before they sent them, which makes no sense to me because if you already know these are going to be crap, why send them?
I'm waiting to hear back on what to do now, because I need new teeth, but after the terrible customer service and the time I've already wasted with these people, just for some crap I can't use.... And why they should even send me something that they already knew was bad?
They obviously have no idea what they're doing. I'm don't see how ANY dentist could sign off on a prescription for the try ins that I just received.. I look like something out of the hills have eyes and not even humanlike.... And I've waited TWO MONTHS for this let down of a product....
Unbelievable. It's say I've wasted two months and over a thousand dollars on this ...
Some piss poor customer service and a company that's too cheap to overnight or even two day the materials.... The transit time is FIVE DAYS each way. And their responses are about the same trying l turn time.

Let's hope they can get their heads on straight for the remainder of this experience.... I'll update my review as needed moving forward.

Absolutely waste of money very disappointed with product

Worst customer service ever-why? Because there is No customer service at all! I called about 10 times per day for 4 days but I never get an answer-even emailed a few times and never got a response. I placed an order and never got a confirmation email-I'm so done with this company!!! Sometimes 'cheaper" is not even worth all the extra aggravation and disappointment that you have to deal with from a company like this.

I've had my DentKits dentures since November, 2023, so they're 9 months old. 3 teeth have cracked and last night, they cracked straight across the palate. They're very pretty and the top denture feels wonderful. I was never able to wear the lower, as it was never even close but I finally gave up and just wear my old one. I don't feel like they were worth nearly $1,000.

From helpful staff to professional service, Dentkits ticks ticks all the boxes. I highly recommend them to everyone in need of full dentures.
