It was quite simple
It was quite simple. Only one issue for me, as separating with my wife and she is still co-owner of our property, I couldn't apply without having her as a guarantor, unless I did something wrong. I had to call the next day as she refused to do it.

Right choice for the right time
Deposit Power helped us secure our new home at exactly the right time. Our equity was tied up in the property we were still selling, and we wanted to keep the cash deposit on our new purchase to a minimum. A deposit bond was the perfect solution.
The application process was genuinely simple and took about 15 minutes from start to finish, and it was very cost-effective compared with the alternatives. It removed a lot of pressure from what can be a stressful stage of buying and selling at the same time. The right choice for the right time, and I'd recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
