Love all your products and love your service super fast delivery and quality products

Derma Direct is one of my go-to suppliers – they have a great range of products, fast delivery (usually next day), and are always reliable. Perfect for keeping clinic stock topped up without stress.

I have placed several orders with DD and am very happy with the service generally and the products. Sadly the last experience wasn’t quite as good. I order over the bank holiday Easter weekend and the pop up delivery times on DD website assured me of delivery on the Tuesday after bank holiday Monday. Nothing showed up and by midday I emailed but that wouldn’t go though so I called the office and was told I would get a call back. About an hour later I was called and advised that a backlog of orders had found its way to the DPD hub and hasn’t been sent to the local depot. I was advised that the delivery would be the next day so unfortunately I had to advise my clients. I waited for my delivery and it was another no show and then DPD emailed asking me ‘how did our courier do?’. At this point it was hard to tell whose mess up this was as when I went to rearrange a new third delivery they had the wrong address. When I checked the order I had unsurprisingly put in my correct address. All told it’s day 4 and two deliveries down and still no products and a total waste of mine and my clients time. I am hopeful this is a one off and the whole experience hasn’t been good at all. Ps I had to pay DPD to re-deliver 69pence 😂😂😂😂

Just wanted to write a review on here about a recent experience.

I always have a good experience with this company usually but today the DPD driver couldn’t find my address (my fault as I didn’t update the post code) 9pm I go to a chat bot on the website to ask if I can get refund and re order or what I can do as I needed to order asap. They changed the delivery address updated everything for me with dpd and made it very smooth and they were extremely helpful even googling the address to make sure they had the correct one, so they could re send it next day. I was really pleased so thank you .

Best company ! I’ve worked with many suppliers over the years, including Rebel Medical, Fox Pharma, and others, but Derma Direct is by far the best I have ever found. Their prices are the most competitive, delivery is always next day without any issues, and their customer care is exceptional. They always send a message once the order is dispatched, and every delivery includes thoughtful touches like sweets. For Women’s Day they even sent a flower, which was such a lovely surprise. Communication is always excellent via phone and email, and I’ve never had any problems—truly an outstanding company that I highly recommend!

Absolutely love Derma Direct, service is impeccable, amazing you can order up to 9/10pm and still get next day this is hugely beneficial to me for late bookings, quality is amazing everytime and efficiency is great

I’m really impressed. Ordered last night at 8pm and it was delivered today at 1015. Cheapest biorepeel in the industry, I’m gutted I didn’t know about derma direct sooner!
