If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I purchased the razor,waited forever. It arrived, I fully charged it and it doesn't work. I reached out to the company, left a video of it not working and asked for my money back, I have been ghosted by the company. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I recently purchased a product from Derma online, but I still have not received it. I contacted customer service and spoke with Emma, who said she would check on the issue for me. Unfortunately, since then, she has stopped responding to my emails, and I have not received any updates on my product. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

I ordered this and was led to believe that it was from NZ. It's 1 months later, a few emails and still nothing. Abdolute scam. I reported it to FB and they not helpful. How do we prevent these scams? I still did not receive a refund either.

My razor only worked for a few weeks. First it took over 2 weeks to arrive then when it did I used it for about 4 weeks then it stopped working. I contacted the company and sent them videos per their request just to be told they only have a 30 day warranty and it fact their product only last about a month. They offered to send another one if I paid for shipping. I decided to spend my money on a trimmer with a longer warranty period. This product is bad. It doesn’t work very well and the fine trim side doesn’t really work. I found a better option on Amazon with a 1 year warranty and it worked amazingly on the first day. Do not spend your money or time on this product.

I bought this Dermawave end of July .it took ages to arrive from CHINA.i was led to believe it was IN AUSTRALIA .IT also doesnt have an Aus power plug .After a few weeks of use ,i noticed it was faulting .sometimes not working (light at end not coming on) OR It was STINGING ME
I wrote to company asking for refund ,Emma .tells me its more than the 90 days required ..when in fact its only 10 weeks to date.SINCE i was informed it had shipped...now Ive been informed I have to take videos daily and send them to the company in order to get a replacement . used it for about 3 weeks in this time . So SHE REFUSED TO REFUND ME .point blank .I dont want another one. Anyone reading DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Product worked for a few weeks then stopped functioning. Wouldn't take a charge nor turn on. Customer service did reply quickly with troubleshooting suggestions, but you only have a 30 day warranty and the unit died on week six. This was with a few days a week of use. The product is a one start, decent reply time is for the second star.

Another Chinese scam bought beginning of August try check for updates no Joy please don’t deal with any Chinese company they say Dermawav uk and dermawav Ireland and it’s coming from china pure scam

They deserve zero stars...bought the dermawave through the adverts on Facebook for £39.99 with 2-3 days delivery. Then had an update saying because of high demand it would come direct from their supplier. Alarm bells rang THEY ARE NOT A UK SELLER -comes from overseas. I was then surprised to actually receive it but the plug was wobbling about in the wall socket, it made a crackling sound and had the flashing light as expected, however, absolutely no sensation on my skin. Contacted them via WhatsApp as this was their only contact and got a response by a so-called Emma Collins...I was told to send 2 videos of me plugging it into two different sockets and using it on the back of my hand. I did this, then got a response saying it was working correctly. It isn't. It's a cheap copy and they are scammers. I didn't get a refund even though they 100% guarantee it is refundable. Please don't buy this product unless you want to be out of pocket.

Scam. Product doesn’t exist. Take money and doesn’t answer emails. It’s been 4 months and countless emails. Don’t be stupid and buy from these people

Placed an order in early May of 2022, it is now August 30th and I have rec'd no product and no response to inquiries about where my order. This is a scam!!

SCAM - didnt receive order. no response

Ordered 13th July. No confirmation email and no goods received yet and not able to contact anyone to confirm when order will be despatched

Order 2 (5 in 1) hair stylers delivery 3-5 days delivery. That was 2 weeks ago. This company doesn't answer emails.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from a company who then says if you have a problem contact dermawav. I have emailed them both and not heard from them or received my goods they are nothing but scammers. Stealing money from people who work hard they been jailing. PLEASE DONT BY FROM THIS COMPANY OR SISTER COMPANY'S

Ordered my 5 in 1 got told 3-5 days still waiting… wondering if anyone has received there orders? As this seems dodgey

ordered item 1st July told 3-5 days delivery its now 14th July - sent 5 emails NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Do not order from them they are a disaster.
