Monika has been amazing! Never in a million years did we think we could afford the home we are in now but Monika found us our dream home. Just before we met Monika we were resigned to buying a small townhouse that we didn't particularly like but the school district had a good reputation. Before signing, a work colleague highly recommended that we at least give Monika a phone call. I reluctantly phoned her. That evening she met with us and we had a really good impression. She called back the next day with one house for us to see. She said it was due to come on the market and was located near Ault Park. Straight away that was out of our budget in my mind but Monika said the owners would be more than happy for us to come and view the property. Monika collected us and we viewed the property that evening. The owners were a lovely elderly couple and said they would be more than willing to make the deal work for us. When the property went on the market, we put in our offer which was way below the asking price and they accepted. I know this isn't the norm but when Monika was saying to us, "let's make it happen", she wasn't lying. Thank you so much for finding us a beautiful home. We wish you every success for the future.
