Professional, thorough, and actually cared - thank you!
Mark came out on his day off to help me and get the EPC done after another company appointed by the estate agents hadn't bothered to turn up or even let me know they weren't going to make it.
He was professional, thorough, and quick. His price was good too, and I even got the certificate back that day. He even sent it to the estate agents for me.

We had recently lost our mum, and the house needed to be put on the market, so an EPC was needed, Mark showed empathy for the situation and acted in our best interest, being transparent throughout the service.
I cannot praise him enough for the support offered, to include sending the EPC directly to the estate agents on our behalf.

Good company to use
