I had a little problem with payment, so I asked the customer service for advice. The next day I already got a very friendly and helpful response and the problem was solved. (Thanks Fran!)

The products at Design Cuts are very inspiring, definitely my most favorite site when it comes to creative resources!

Design Cuts is my absolute favorite site for purchasing procreate brushes and other digital art components. They offer high-quality products, tons of tutorials, a wonderful community, and excellent support. Since I started using the site a few years ago, I've had three or four interactions with their support team. They've always been prompt, professional, and accommodating, whether they are answering questions or providing refunds. The last issue I had was a broken link in a digital product, and they had it fixed immediately. While I sometimes don't find what I want on their site, if they have it (and they usually do), that's where I buy it.

So much Fun, lot of activities and classes. Warm welcoming atmosphere and so much to learn and experience all for a really GREAT price! Excellent membership.

I USED TO LOVE Design Cuts, and of course, I no longer do. The Creative Club website page marketing states that "social media is sucking the fun out of creating art". Well, Design Cuts has sucked the fun out of me creating art by making both the Creative Club subscription fee and each design product price way out of my financial reach! So, I have two things to say here:

1. I do not under any circumstances purchase subscriptions as I normally find I only use a very small portion of what they offer for joining, and therefore, it makes it an expensive option for me.

2. I did a count of the design products I purchased between first signing up on the website in 2020 - 2024 (before the start of Creative Club) and it exceeds 101 products... I stopped counting at this point as I thought the number was high enough to illustrate my love for and my activity on the website here. Moreover, this count does NOT include any free weekly products.

Need I say, based on the above two points, I have stopped visiting the Design Cuts website to look for something to purchase when I have a few dollars to spend and I only go on the website now to access "My Downloads" (products I have already purchased).

I buy all my design assets through Design Cuts, and have benefited enormously from their free learning resources over several years. They are a friendly, dedicated team who make a real effort to constantly improve (from already being superb!) and listen to what their customers want. Customer service is responsive and fast. Great company.

Suddenly started receiving spam emails form this company and they couldn't even get my first name right, SPAM SPAM SPAM

Went through their website and there is no way to directly contact. I am not pressing unsubscribe on the emails because I did not subscribe in the first place.

I enjoyed the tutorial on design and Procreate. I learned a lot of new-to-me Procreate tasks and understood some of the functions that were confusing me. This workshop was well presented, enjoyable, full of handy tips and tricks, and pleasant.

Designcuts is fantastic! They have great products by top artists. They are my go to for digital products.

Design Cuts is fabulous!!! They have a large variety of resources and classes (live and recorded) for digital and even traditional art. Their superb customer service is prompt and friendly.
Their new Creative Club is outstanding with a positive and welcoming community made up of students and excellent instructors from around the world. Everyone is always having a great time at their events. I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of Creative Club and look forward to all it has to offer.

Let me start off by saying, I’m not exactly the most proficient individual when it comes to PowerPoint. I had purchased a package that, let us just say, wasn’t exactly the best fit given my expertise. I reached out to Customer Service and was received a response from Gina, who was nothing short of tremendous! Not only did she help me find the correct package, but she also send me various guides on how to be more proficient in PowerPoint with areas I have been struggling with for years. One minor thing to be cautious of - I did make the purchase using a US Issues Card and ending up receiving an International Transaction Fee even though I thought I was making a USD purchase but in all honesty, I was more than happy to pay it as both Gina and the package were 10/10. Would definitely recommend to Company to anyone who is not exactly an expert in PowerPoint, or simply does not have the time to create slides from scratch.

I love "Design Cuts", the tutorials are great and the lives are varied and high quality. The team is great. They respond really quickly and are always ready to help! Go and try it out, I can only recommend it!

I bought a program by mistake and I needed to return it. Reaching customer service was fast and easy and they resolve it by refunding my money.
I would definitely buy again from them but this time I would pay more attention the program I need so I don’t make a mistake again 😁

Design Cuts came to my life about 7 years ago, as I started as a designer, and always gave a chance to get best digital instruments for my art process. Live-sessions were always such a nice experience, and this year it was taken to another level - Creative Club. Learning new things in so heartwarming atmosphere is one of the best things that could happen with a creative person, so I’m really grateful for an opportunity to take part in it. Thanks to the DC Team, you’re doing just wonderful, just keep going, and we’re all curious to see what’s coming up next! :)

My favorite part of Creative Club is the live sessions, during which Tom and the teacher give feedback. It's constructive, helpful, and encouraging. There are also kind and helpful chat comments from fellow students. We have great support from Creative Club moderators who answer questions, provide links, and engage in the busy chat!

I have probably spent at Design Cuts the equivalent of my iPad's cost since discovering them, lol! Every brush set is fantastic, and the site has such a wide selection that you can find something to suit whatever your digital art style is. Even better, pricing is more than reasonable (and their 30% off on 3 or more products has definitely filled my Procreate app to overflowing).

Highly recommended for digital artists!

Design cuts has been MY go-to place for years for everything I need to create my designs for my shops.
And not just because of the huge and high quality amount of products, but also because of the support that never lets you down, even if your dilemma is your own fault.
Just like I accidentally buy products that I can't use - buy something for Procreate even though I use Photoshop just because I'm not looking closely - they answer the horrified message you send by giving you the refund in less than 24 hours.
And they are all sooooooooo nice. Always! I've had this experience for years and I'm sure I'll continue to have it for years to come.

Design Cuts has the best assets for any creative project I have had. I’ve had the privilege to watch this company grow from the ground roots up and it has continued to be the very best in everything it does!

I've been using Design Cuts for years. I tried other platforms but Design Cuts remained the constant and now I don't even look anywhere else if I need anything. They stand out for many reasons.
1. The quality of assets is just a whole different level. I got to know a few artists whose work is nothing but spectacular, never a disappointment, you always know that whatever they come up with, will be amazing quality.
2. The community. Design Cuts is not a small company by any means but the community feel they created is just amazing. There's so much encouragement, support, cheering on. Love it.
3. Customer care: I hardly ever have any issues but it happened in the past that I accidentally purchased something that I can't even use (totally my fault not paying attention to the description, even the title had the crucial information for crying out loud!). It took one email, it was resolved in literally in minutes.
I can't praise them enough. Tom, the founder comes across as a really down to earth person, he really care about the community and makes sure that although the price is affordable, it's not at the expense of the quality. Honestly, it's a breath of fresh air dealing with a company like Design Cuts. Thank you, team, you are amazing and very much appreciated!
