The product is fantastic! I am very pleased with what they did from the photo I gave them.
They put together a preview of what I would be getting for my approval and it was right on with what I received.
The reason I didn’t give them a 5 was that the whole process took longer than what they advertised.
I will be going back to them again!

Stephanie Alexander is probably the rudest customer rep for this company I have ever dealt with. I have ordered 5 times and there was a slight mix up. She never gets back to you then called me insane. WTH kind of customer service is that? That’s the face of your company?? The art is spectacular the customer service from this individual is abhorrent! I will never order from here again, tho this was my 5th time and I sent two others here. I cannot find a phone number to call to complain it’s all email. And in this day and age for someone from a company asking if I’M INSANE??? I can’t even process that.

Stephanie Alexander is the worst excuse for customer service I’ve run into. Ive asked questions and requested a shipped date with no response. When I threatened to dispute the credit card charge, I got a nasty email telling me I’m insane and that I’ll be hearing from their lawyers.

Per their website it said 2-7 business days to complete the order then ship. I'd ordered on NOV 1st. Once 7 business days had passed I'd emailed asking for an update. I was told it was with a fulfillment partner ready to be shipped and I'd be provided a tracking number once. Then I was told it'd shipped. Then I was told it hadn't shipped. Then I was told it shipped again. I asked for a refund 3 times. NOV 27th I was finally provided a tracking number. Tracking number was created NOV 22nd.
Not a great experience.

Stephanie Alexander is horrid
Stephanie Alexander is a horrible representative of this company. As others have said in prior reviews, be careful what you order. You may not get a canvas but just a digital file to print yourself. And there are no refunds and no 100% satisfaction guarantee!
Here is just one of her many rude replies to me after telling her that my daughter had just been murdered by her stalker:
Also, like I said, you could have ordered 2 for 2 different photos. You literally didn't upload a photo when ordering so you could have emailed us 2 photos during the follow up email. It's not a hard concept to grasp.
Finally, the email regarding the delays was not sent to only you, it was sent to ALL of our customers. It was just an update email letting customers know what's going on and had nothing to do with your digital files.
Now, I will say that I understand you've been through a lot, but that does not give you the right to be rude to us (and yes, you were, you were questioning our intelligence with the email you sent us before my previous email).
So shall we send you an invoice for the upgrade to physical prints?

I am still waiting for the galaxy map that I ordered in August. They did respond to a message that I sent after several attempts and promised that I would receive my product by the end of October, but it's now November 10, and I do not have it. I have asked for a refund. I am thinking I should send a review to the Better Business Bureau.

I too am trying to get a refund of $118. I did receive an example of the watercolor pictures by email asking if I liked them. I wrote back and informed them that I didn't like the watercolor of my 2 cats so I let them know I wanted a refund. I never heard from them till I disputed with my visa card I never received a product either plus no communication till now. Here's what they had to say.

The artwork turned out amazing. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. The ordering process was easy and my order arrived fairly soon. When I first opened up the package it didn't look quite right. I emailed the company and they worked with me to see what the issue was. They were very helpful and understanding and sent me a different version of the picture instead. I am very happy with the final product and more than happy with their understanding and communication. This makes a great gift and I would highly recommend to others.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Ordered two paintings, one framed, one unframed. They sent the wrong one framed and never sent the second one at all. Their customer service manager, Stephanie Alexander, was rude and unhelpful and they refused to make it right. I had to file charges with my credit card company to get my 99$ back. Would never do business with them again. Stay away
