Toga Sofas Spain
We ordered the toga sofa for our second home in Spain and David gave us the best service ever. He made sure it was delivered on a specific day as there is not every time someone. They gave us multiple updates of the status of the delivery and even called one hour in advance thay they were delivered. The sofas themselves are lovely, couldn’t be more happy! Good overall experience, quality is OK
I saw an item on their website that I liked, and purchased it only after quite a lot of research about this website (including Trustpilot), because I have had very bad experiences with other (replicas) design stores in the past.
As I was not fully confident, so I ordered an item that was displayed as 'in stock' and not too expensive.
After a few days without much news, I thought I would never receive my order so I called them, and even if they did not reply me, they called me back a few hours later to confirm my order was ready to be shipped. That was kinda reassuring.
Received the item (lamp) a few days later: quality is OK (considering the price).
I might order something else in the future. So overall good experience.

OK product, more the customer service
Ordered a Black & Eames Style Lounge Chair 670, product was OK. Were some minor quality things, when trying to resolve that the customer service just get on your nerves.
They do respond quickly overall, but does not feel like they actually want to resolve it. As they simply come up with new or just the same questions every time.
I think I have answered the same questions now at least 5 times? After a while a new person takes over and the process just starts all over again, with the same information requests...

Rückgabekonditionen sind sehr umständlich und teuer. In unserem Fall wollten wir einen Stuhl zurücksenden, da die Sitzhöhe mit 42 cm zu niedrig war. Es müssen zuerst Fotos vom Stuhl und der Verpackung an Designer editions gesendet werden. Außerdem werden ca. 25€ plus Rücksendegebühren nach England fällig. Bei einem Stuhl für 98 € bekommt man dann noch mit Glück 50 € zurück.

I was really more than happy. I found a lamp on your websites, what I wanted for a long time and even I'm from country to where you not normally ship - Czech republic - probably far east, lady from your support center was super nice and helpful,
after we changed couple emails, my lamp was delivered in couple days....I normally never write review, but in this case, I just have to....thank you designer editions team!... I hope next time ship your goods to my country will be just a standard :)

Good quality on the chairs I bought. I’m very pleased. There is also a good understandable instruction to mount them.

I ordered a pendant lamp in May 2022
I ordered a pendant lamp in May 2022, the item that was subsequently delivered did not match my order. I was given the choice to either keep it (with a refund of the price difference) or be sent a replacement item, therefore incurring further delays. In addition, I noticed the item delivered did not match the picture on the company’s website. I therefore asked the company that the replacement item would match the picture on their website. I was then told that delivery would be 12-18weeks due to that requirement. I patiently waited for the replacement item, receiving incorrect email updates every now and again. After 20 weeks, I finally received the replacement, which did not exactly match what had been agreed. The company only offered a £10 refund for the delay (ie. More than 6 months after initial order!), refund which I am waiting to receive, as it seems to be another of their ‘empty’ promises.
The quality of the product is OK, but not great. In a nutshell, only use if you’re not too fussy about the quality and delays.
