My wife and I bought a Marbeiia reclining chair from this store in February and it was delivered at the time estimated. Love the chair so went back and bought another one,estimated delivery September. Both sales were made by Mark the Store manager who did a great job

John gave us great service. He was really informative and knowledgeable. John helped us plan the sofas we were looking at, including helping ua decide on what reclining options we would go with.

Great shopping experience easy and relaxed. No sales pressure at all from Kirsten very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements and not what she wanted to sell. A credit to the company. Great company all the best for the future.

Andrew from the Paisley store gave me a lot of knowledge about the fabric and the sofa and showed great patience never pushing the sale until I found what I was happy with after several trips to the shop. We've just bought a sofa and had such a lovely experience. Ahmed, who served us, was incredibly polite and really helpful from start to finish. He talked us through absolutely everything about the sota we chose and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed.
The shop itself is lovely too. What we really liked was that nobody follows you around pressuring you to buy anything — you're left to look around and choose in your own time, which made the experience so much nicer.

Isaac at the Brent Cross store was superb, really helpful with good product knowledge and a really nice approach to customer service. Zero pressure and allowed us to browse at our leisure with just the right amount of input where necessary regarding options, sizing etc, exactly what we wanted from a shopping experience. We had actually visited the retail park to buy shoes and decided to browse sofas as this was something we have been wanting to replace for the last 3 years and kept putting it off!! I think if Isaac had put any pressure on selling we would have walked out without buying.
We had to go home to make sure the sofa will fit in the living room and went back a week later, with a list of questions and Isaac patiently answered without putting any pressure on purchase. Thank you Isaac and the team, we look forward to the new sofa.

We met Cori in Edinburgh this lunchtime who took the time to explain the options for the sofa(s) we had previously seen and liked. We looked at 2 sofas or a corner sofa option and leather types and colours, Cori was patient and helpful throughout helping us with our decision and was extremely flexible.
He was able to give us a projected delivery date and noted the best dates for us.
Overall a great experience.
