Designer Wallpapers Reviews

Swift responses and great product would have been 5 if they supplied a returns label even if they deducted the cost !

Good communication wrt delivery of wallpaper. Wallpaper range excellent. Great quality and beautiful design

The website was very good with a great selection of wallpapers. The samples were delivered promptly. Once wallpapers were selected there were regular updates and again prompt delivery

Excellent prompt service.

So pleased with this paper. It was really thick and lovely to hang.
Prompt delivery and good communication. Hopefully a return of one roll of wallpaper will also be trouble free

The wallpaper was excellent I’m a decorator and it was so easy to hang and looks classy and fantastic. Delivery was quick and no complaints at all

Brilliant service and responded quickly when I had a query post-purchase.

Wall paper is divine!

Sent free samples which was great before deciding on right colour of wallpaper. There were issues with delivery courier but contacted Paul who chased it up and resent order on express delivery. Paul was very courteous and professional. Wallpaper is beautiful and very high quality, easy to hang. I’m over the moon with my purchase.

As ordered and delivered quickly and on time 👍

A wonderful array of different wallpapers and from the samples we had all were good quality.
A reliable company. Easy to communicate with. Paul is very helpful.

The wallpaper arrived promptly. Unfortunately I decided I didn't like it after all. Returning it was easy and I was refunded. No complaints.

Great experience with ordering, really good communication. The wallpaper is stunning, quality is really good. Shipping easy all the way to NZ was very fast.

Wallpaper was as good as it looked online. Delivery within 24 hours.

Great service. Also very fast delivery also to the Netherlands's!!
No fee for shipping.

I didn’t know I had to pay import duties.
but the product is definitely worth it!

What a wonderful source for exquisite wallpapers. I’m from the United States and the pricing is extraordinarily good. Better selection than the states and much less expensive. The quality of the paper exceeds our expectation. The service from the employees/management was bespoke. Shipment was extremely fast and very inexpensive to the states.

After I placed my order I got a confirmation email saying, once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track the package. After a week of hearing nothing else I sent an email to ask has my order been shipped yet. I receive an email back to say because I had only purchased one roll, it was sent regular post as opposed to tracking. (Regardless of whether it 1 roll or 10 I am still a paying customer and this paper is not cheap). Fast forward two weeks and I still had not received it so I emailed again. To which was said, it must be lost in transit and they would send another roll tracked postage. Over 3 weeks later, no paper and still no tracking and when I emailed again the reply I got was; I will cancel and refund your order. Terrible terrible service and unacceptable way to run a business!

Excellent choice, speedy delivery and good price

Absolutely beautiful wallpaper. Will definitely buy from your range again. Would definitely recommend.
