Easy to design the case I wanted, and great quality when the product arrived!

Ordered the case came within a couple of days good qty easy to setup on site highly recommended

Wanted to get my wife a personal but useful reminder of our deceased daughter. I supplied one of my wife's favourite photo's of our daughter, which captured her personality, to Design My Case. We were more than happy with the end result and the would have no qualms about recommending the service.

I ordered a case for my wife's new phone of our kittens first picture. It is lovely, great detail. It was easy to edit the picture to fit the case.

I’ve ordered several cases from DMC over the last few years, and every single one has been great! They’re good quality, hard wearing, and really well priced. I love that I can create exactly the case I want, rather than spending ages online looking for the right thing.

I had a phone case made with a picture on the back. The case was good quality and with the picture it looked great. Ryan has done a great job, I’m very pleased with my phone case. Fully recommend this company.

Wife bought case for me at Christmas. Initially looked great and felt great to hold, later turned out that the case in question blocks NFC communications (This was NOT advertised on the page for the product, or... anywhere on their website, which is odd. NFC is used for tap and pay and it's a big part of phones nowadays, to not mention it on the website is a huge miss).

Initially customer services were quite quick to respond, the second I mentioned a refund due to false advertising and the case not being fit for purpose... Silence.

Multiple attempts later (replying to the initial email and filling in the website forms) and I'm still being ignored. I'll persist, but the fact they still haven't updated their product pages is honestly disgraceful.

I ordered a plastic tough case case for my Galaxy S9+ and received a completely different case with a metal back plate that prevents wireless charging, the hole for the headphone jack is also significantly undersized and slightly misaligned meaning that almost any standard sized pair of headphones bar the ultra skinny Apple ones cannot fit through the hole!

I brought all of this up with their customer support and I have had no responses bar a brief one acknowledging my issues which also lied to me and told me my standard sized headphones were the issue despite them working with every other case I have ever owned! They also don't even appear to have noticed that they sent me the wrong type of case despite me sending them videos of the issues at their request!

It has been over a week since I heard from them and three weeks since I initially contacted them about the issues!

I ordered a personalised phone case which was supposed to arrive by January 18th. I sent them a message on their web chat which they never replied to and I emailed them which they never responded to. I message on the live chat again on January 29th. They said it has been delivered on the 15th. It obviously hadn't and I checked my Ring doorbell to see no delivery came that day. They then promted me to speak to royal mail. I explained their website says they are to do this and the person said the management will look into it and email me back. It is now February 3rd, I've had nothing back so I'm messaging the live chat once again and getting no responses. Been waiting over an hour.

I refuse to order a new case because why should I when I've spent nearly £20 on one from this place? At this point I just want a refund but I can't even request one because they won't reply.

Absolutely appalling service, should be shut down.

After initially having some issues with shipping over Christmas time, I reached out to the team to express my disappointment that my phone case had sadly not arrived as planned. David (customer service manager) emailed me and was nothing short of amazing in his help to fix the situation. My new case arrived quickly and its absolutely perfect. I would like to thank David for his help and patience with me, I'm super happy with the customer service I received and love the case.

Brought 2 phone cases for kids at Christmas both are now peeling and bending on one corner started a chat which at first I thought yes I’m getting somewhere but then no response after emailing everyday still no response avoid avoid avoid

So impressed by the quality of my personalised phone case. I used low quality photos and the phone case came out amazing. Postage was super quick too!

They missed off a picture on my phone case that I received for my husbands birthday on 2nd December. I am still trying to get a proper response from them. After many emails from me (phone number doesn’t work) someone finally responded and said they will give me a prepaid envelope to send it back if I wanted (no offer of doing the phone case correctly). I said yes. No one has responded since. Do not use this company if you can find somewhere else. It’s an absolute disgrace. A month and a half and my husband still doesn’t have a phone case for his new phone. I’m hoping doing this review may force them to get back to me and sort this issue.

The case itself is nice but I asked for a red case and there where white bits showing through on the sides, the writing i got for on the sides isn't straight its going round the bend, the back of the case is perfect but the sides and the top part aren't done to the best at all

The quality of the product I received was very poor, with misalignment issues, poor printing visibility and scratches out of the box.

DMC want you to pay postage to return the product to have any hope of a refund, which I did… and yet I’ve heard nothing back from them in weeks.

Very disappointing.

Case fits well and is good quality however, the printed images dont align with my design and therefore one of the images is obscured. I emailed but received no response, disappointing service.

Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a personalised phone case and realised straight after ordering that I’d accidentally selected the wrong phone model. I contacted the company immediately, using both email and the live chat on their website. The live chat states there is support available during certain hours, yet I received no response at all.

I later found out they expected changes to be made through a tracking portal, but this wasn’t clearly communicated at the time of ordering. Because they didn’t reply on their own support channels, my order went through unchanged and I ended up with a personalised case that I can’t use — and now can only throw away.

When I raised this, the only solution offered was a paid discount on buying another one, which doesn’t feel fair given I did everything I could to amend the order straight away.

Overall, really poor communication and customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

It was just what I wanted.Unlike another company's stick on piece of paper, this was a proper vinyl wrap and was cheaper too.

I've bought around 7 phone cases,for myself and as gifts
First 5 great no issues. Photos are glued onto a rubber phone case (not printed on) but as they're cheap enough that was fine. 6th case I ordered arrived with the corner peeled up and coming off. Emailed them, offered a replacement immediately, great service and happy with case. 5 months later however this cases glued on picture is peeling from all corners, despite keeping it flat and in a larger phone wallet case. 7th case I ordered 5 months ago for a friend, has also started peeling and literally coming apart. I've contacted them twice via "live chat" (never anyone there no matter what time of day you try, says they'll email you back, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting) yesterday I tried responding to a direct email from them from a few months ago and I've provided photos.

After an initial issue with receiving a confirmation email, DMC then responded to my online chat query and the matter was quickly resolved. The item arrived promptly the following week and I am very pleased with the quality of it. My goddaughter will be over the moon at Christmas!
