I bought top spot #1 for my seo agency from design rush. Their traffic is fake. All the traffic i'm getting is people trying to sell me SEO services. Not a single lead during 4 month period.
When I left a review 2 days back on trustpilot they replied me on trustpilot and said they'll contact me. But they didn't contact me. Nor do they reply to my emails. They only care about their reputation.
Folks this is what will happen if you're not careful. Save your money. I warn you don't go for this company.

Amazing response time and communication!

Unethical manner! If you have a listing with them and someone contacts you through them, they will hold that inquiry in their system, and they will contact that customer directly and bid for their own or sponsored agencies.

Let's say customer A contacts agency B through their website. The inquiry will be held on DesignRush's server and Design Rush will contact customer A directly and tell them to choose their own or sponsored agencies. All without knowing by the agency that was actually contacted by customer.

Here is the email message they sent to customer A (names are replaced)

I found fake reviews on this website using the name of myself and my company. Obviously their verification practices are sorely lacking and they cannot be trusted.

Bad company for employment and a very bad platform that's rigged with only a few companies taking the first places (one of them being the owner) on all categories. And all top positions not being partners are paid ones. The lists are not objective or correct at all, especially since the agency that owns the platform is on all the list and in all the top positions.

Update on the reply: Requesting info about my identity is a serious violation of many laws and thankfully, unlike you, Trustpilot abides by them. Also, you tried to get my review removed before replying, not sure why you would bother so much. As for context, I am familiar about your company on both ends, so I do know how everything functions and how reviews get added and deleted and which companies get pushed up and how.
