I contacted Designs Eden for a logo for my company. I purchased the $119 package that was offered. Everything was going well, I finalized the logo etc. I then received an email from Oscar stating they ran the logo through USPTO. Mind you, I never requested this (nor is it legally required). He then attempted to tack on additional fees for trademarking. When I opted out of this service, he told me it would be a $250 cancellation fee for a service I never even requested or agreed to purchase. I still have not received the finalized logo. If it is not received within one business day, I will be filing a claim with my credit card processing company, as well as filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General for the state they are incorporated (I believe this is California). Please don’t use this company. I love the logo but their business practices are unethical. I paid for a logo I still have not received.
I’m obsessed with the logo Designs Eden made the my startup! They totally nailed my vision and created something unique and stunning. The team’s super creative and communication was seamless loved working with them. Would highly recommend Designs Eden for anyone needing top-notch design work!

I think this company might be a scam. I initially contacted them via their website chat about a logo. It was pretty cheap and the logo wasn't too bad and was delivered on time, but I wanted a small change. They promised me they would make the change and send me the files. So I let them upsell me an animated logo AND a website.
Now they won't deliver anything.
They keep trying to convince me a non-functional 2 minute WordPress job was what I asked for and then saying they need another week to make the changes I need. I asked for a refund because they can't deliver what they promised and they got a different guy on the phone, who tried to sell me a 'Trademark package'. This has been ongoing for months now and they won't return my money. They sound like scammers. They claim to be in CA, but the calls sound like India or Pakistan and so do their voices.
