My experience with Désordre has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a wedding dress from them, and when issues arose, I was requested to return the dress for further inspection. Without my consent, they “fixed” it, and in the meantime, the company went into liquidation. Shockingly, my dress ended up being sold at an auction by a second party.

I had to track down my dress, contact the second party, and go through an exhausting process just to get it back. The whole situation was stressful, completely avoidable, and shows a total lack of professionalism and accountability.

For such a high-priced purchase, this is utterly unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of buying from Désordre—save yourself the stress, frustration, and risk of losing your purchase.

Stay away from this store. They won’t let you return items which are faulty and are so difficult to deal with. Stick with the big players who know about customer service and ecommerce. Don’t risk it when you’re spending $$$. No wonder they are always 40% off.

I purchased a dress from the online store and it came damaged. I returned it immediately upon noticing the fault, requesting a full refund. I have since been advised that only a repair or store credit can be offered, based on the claim that the damage is considered minor. The damage was clearly visible and unacceptable, especially given the high price point of the dress. I do not consider it reasonable to spend thousands of dollars on a designer item that requires repairs just to meet the expected standard of quality. I purchased this dress on the basis that it would be in flawless, brand-new condition, which it was not.

I have since taken further action against them to get a refund, however i definitely do not recommend buying from here. The customer service is shocking

I recently purchased an Alex Perry dress from desordrestore.com, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with its condition upon arrival. The dress appears either faded or improperly cleaned, with noticeable bleached spots on the sleeves and blurred black stains. While I understand it was on sale, there was no mention of any defects in the product description.

Even more troubling, the dress gives the impression that it may have been worn previously. This is far from the quality I expected when shopping with your store. To make matters worse, my messages on Instagram and emails to your support team have been completely ignored.

My order was delivered only partially. I sent several emails asking information about the delivery of the remaining items but I didn’t get any reply
