I hired a freelancer associated with Desverto
I hired a freelancer associated with Desverto for Amazon PPC management after several interviews and discussions. Based on the initial conversations, I believed they had the expertise to improve my campaigns.
We agreed on a trial period, and I paid $300 as the first half of the trial fee. A formal contract was sent to me by email before work began.
After the work started, I became concerned about the level of effort being dedicated to my account. From my observations, there appeared to be relatively few campaign changes over the course of several weeks. During this period, my advertising costs increased significantly, my ACoS rose substantially, and my sales revenue declined.
I remained patient and allowed additional time for optimization because I understand that PPC improvements do not happen overnight. However, after approximately three weeks, I did not see meaningful improvement in performance.
As a result, I decided to discontinue the service. In an effort to be fair, I requested a partial refund based on the results and the amount of work I believed had been performed. My refund requests were not accepted, which was disappointing.
My purpose in sharing this review is not to attack anyone personally, but to help other Amazon sellers conduct careful due diligence before hiring PPC management services. I encourage anyone considering a similar service to clearly define deliverables, reporting expectations, communication standards, and refund terms in writing before making payment.
