Paid close to $400 for my detailing service. And I got a mediocre job, a broken fence, and damage to my garden. Said they were coming back next Thursday to finish the job. Let's see if that happens. I would not recommend or use these people in the future.

YOU GUYS ARE FULL OF CRAP....SCHEDULE ON APR 28 FOR GOLD PACKAGE FOR TODAY AT 8-11. BUT LAST NIGHT DETAIL.COM CONFIRMED THIS WAS AT 7PM, AT 10.40PM DETAIL.COM CANCEL MY ORDERD AND ASKED ME TO RESCHEDULE .THEY SEAI THE NETWORK WAS FULL, THATS CRAP....ORDER IN APRIL. LOST CUSTOMER THAT HAS 3 CARS

Great experience. The guy came at 10 and worked until 2. No breaks. The car was so filthy I couldn’t bring myself to even drive it. He brought it back to life. Did the outside too. Polished up the headlights. I didn’t realize how bad they were. I can probably see better at night now. I’ll recommend your company to all my friends.

Arrived on time. Above and beyond. My car looks new. We will be doing the rest of our cars !!

They did an excellent job! Showed up as expected. I was very pleased with the process and the outcome.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would! Had a scheduled window for Sunday from 12-3pm got a message in the morning that the technician checked in and would have estimated arrival of 1:15pm ok great! Waited around and got a call at 2:05pm saying the guy had equipment issues and they couldn’t get anyone else to come out so would have to reschedule I asked for something to be done for the inconvenience and the guy put it in a 10% off for me to schedule and I couldn’t get another appointment til Thursday so again got confirmation of appointment for Thursday btwn 12-3pm sat around all day waiting had car cleaned out and ready and at 2:45 I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called customer service to let them know and I was told they would call the guy and see where he was at I then waited another half hour with no call back so I called again just to wait 6 minutes for the same guy to answer and say Crystal I can’t get ahold of him his phones not ringing and acted like it was no big deal and told me I could reschedule so I got upset and asked to speak to someone above him just to be told there was no one to talk to and that they couldn’t do anything for the inconvenience I can either cancel or reschedule and he was VERY rude and should not work in customer service! Needless to say I will NEVER waste my time on such an incompetent company ever again and you shouldn’t either go elsewhere

They did a fantastic job. Car looks brand spanking new! Would def. use again! On time, efficient, and worked hard!

The technician arrived with a strong smell of marijuana.
He neglected to clean out several of the front compartments of the car.
He did not clean several plastic mats.
He did not clean the rug that goes in front of the backseat.
The tires were done but not the wheels at all.

Most frustrating is that the middle seat was broken and he did not tell us. When he left the one seat was folded in half, and soaking wet. We tried to put the seat up to dry, and it would not go up. We had to take it in for $179 repair. The seat could have broken, but if he could not raise the seat to dry, he should have told us.

Detail.com did provide a modest financial gesture.

They came out and worked hard for 3 hours. Car looked great! Will use again.

The employee who was cleaning my car drove into my garage door. Did not provide insurance information and only gave a phone number. The owner of the subcontractor and customer service from Detail.com gave me the run around. They did not fix the damage to my car which they had ask me to get an estimate for from an auto body shop or the damage to my garage door. Do not use this service.

Horrible company had a gentleman come out and wash and detail my motorcycle. I have a bagger it looked like he washed the bike did not Clay it and used a spray wax over the bike, which left a spotty residue over the bike and was also left swirl marks on the paint. Called customer service and they said they could send the same guy out to redo it. I did not want them sending them out afraid of him doing a worse job. Do not use this company.

The interior of my car was so disgusting. Full of dog hair and mud. I was delighted to find detail! The techs arrived on time and all I had to do was unlock my car. A couple of hours later I saw the magic. Clean, free of dog hair and better than when I bought the car. Thank you detail!

I was thrilled to find an auto detail service that comes to your home! I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, and the Tech arrived promptly. Communication from start to finish was impeccable as I was notified via email/text/phone for the duration of process. My car looks great! Highly recommended!

Do not like the fact that the person that came cannot speak English this kind of makes me believe that he's not even a US citizen if he's an illegal then I don't know why you guys are hiring these kind of people the work was okay I'm not going to give it a thumbs up but it was better than what I could probably have done myself
