Seller was quick to respond to queries and delivered the item as promised.

1. Seller should simplify the ordering process. Since I paid using bank transfer, I had to type my address at least 3 times.

Great assistance provided by Gary, was surprise the shipment arrived exactly 1day after placed order. The only disappointment was there's no other color available for my AC Lite. Will definitely visit this store again :)

Didn't take the next day to shipped but Item came in perfect and clean conditioned.
Its great to have peace of mind when purchasing goods online, this is the experience I get from deuteronline.com.
Shipping carrier wasn't really as good as I expected. Missed the 1st shipment when I was at home, didn't hear any sound nor any phone call. Cars were in the house would be an indication that there are people at home.
Hopefully a better Carrier next time in the future! Nevertheless a great company to purchase from!

great deal! original products. 100% recomended
owner is easy to transact, responds properly and on time. product is original and in good condition. i even thought i would not be able to buy the bag coz i encountered a problem with paypal where in i cant pay thru my credit card/paypal coz im on different country even though the delivery address is in malaysia (for my husband) but Gary was able to assist and respond quick with my inquiry about payment options and was able to deliver the bag the next day to my husband's address.

Deuter online is chic, not pricey despite its strong brand and reliable.
I seldom buy anything on the net but because I really need a travelling bag for my new job, I decided to find deuter on line hoping to catch a good deal. I surveyed deuter brands at conventional stores and compared the prices and sure enough, deuter online was cheaper.
The next step was to purchase on line which is always worrying to me. My concern is on the quality of the product and of course the time it takes for the purchased item to be in my hands.

Absolutely awesome
Spectro AC 36 really catch my eyes at first sight. I love the color which make it look modern but yet not too old fashion. Only one thing i feel it is lagging is the small pocket at the hips strap. Overall it was cool.
