Katie Mott at Devon Bay Solutions is very professional and helpful. Whilst for me it is still very early days in the legal process, I have every faith in Katie's ability. Katie is rational and is able to judge a situation objectively. She is friendly, approachable and genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to get the best outcome for them.

Jess was friendly, patient and supportive.

Handling a difficult situation early in the morning can be daunting, yet Lily demonstrated genuine empathy throughout the call, attentively listening to each concern raised. Both Gabriel and Jess have been very helpful in trying to resolve my problem in the fastest way possible. Keeping on top of the contractors and trying to bring forward resolution. I now have a date which may change for the better. Both Gabriel and Jess show a caring attitude and keep in touch with updates.
