Disgraceful experience. No accountability, no proper support, and complete self exclusion failure where it matters most !
Over 30 days after escalating my complaint to their regulatory body Anjouan gaming which was attributed to EGIS ADR, there has been no response since then !
This involves a serious self-exclusion request, yet the case has received no engagement or acknowledgment.
This level of inaction on such a matter is unacceptable.

I just got scammed by this website.
I'll tell you what I did with the account. Initially, I deposited 260 USD and lost. Then, on another occasion, I deposited another 230 USD, which I won on a bet with odds of 1.57. Immediately afterwards, I requested a withdrawal. They immediately marked all my bets as "refund" and canceled my withdrawal. When I contacted them to find out what happened, they said they would freeze my balance across multiple accounts. Even after I explained that it might have been their mistake, they simply said it was a final decision and that they wouldn't refund my deposit. Can you believe that? What kind of company is this? They even said they had proof that they would hand over to the authorities, but what's the point of that? Which authority can I contact to accuse them? I joined to test it and ended up very disappointed. My experience is that this is a betting site that was created to steal from me.
EDIT: From what I've seen, this is a recurring issue on this platform; several people complain about the same thing, and they never resolve anything. They probably don't even care about their players' opinions. Anyway, this was just another account of what happened, and I'm very disappointed with this betting site.
