Over 28 week dispute
I had a horrible experience and after 28 weeks i got a refund. They shipped heavy brackets in a box as thick as paper sack. During delivery several items ripped box and fell out, when i advised df supply i had missing items they told me warehouse had correct weight would not accept claim. I showed them hd pics of boxes being unloaded and the huge holes so they finally said they would send replacements and told me 12 weeks. 14 weeks later i ask for update and told 12 weeks. After 28 weeks total i still did not have parts but saw df supply selling them on ebay for double the price i had purchased. Rather than honoring sale they will put you in an invisible waiting list that does not get filled.
Bad customer service High shipping costs
Ordered a new control board for our gate opener. Was charged $30 for shipping/handling and it arrived in a flimsy smashed cardboard envelope. Called company, Josh said install anyway, it should work, Did it work? NO. It took 11 days
To get a replacement - order was submitted the day after I emailed Josh to ask for tracking info because I hadn’t received it. THEN I had to pay shipping to send the damaged board back.
Will definitely be going elsewhere for our next gate project.
DF Supply handled my return very well!
I needed an arm for my electronic gate and ordered one from DF Supply. After ordering the arm, my gate actually started to work again as my order was on the way, so I contacted UPS and ask that just return to sender. It worked out well. I had to pay the return shipping which I didn't mind doing. It all worked out and I was very happy that my account was credited back to my card minus the shipping. Would do business with these guys again should I ever had to order parts for my electronic gate!
I bought an Apollo gate operator…
I bought an Apollo gate operator package upon their recommendation. I gave all the specs on the gate before hand. I hired it installed but it would go into overload and shut down. The Apollo techs were good to work with but after several months came to the conclusion the operator wont work in my situation. They said DF would have to work out any return or compensation with me. After I told DF what the techs said DF quit returning my calls. Then I tried e-mail twice but to no avail. It looks as if my only recourse is legal action.
The Apollo gate opener accessories they sell are junk

Took forever to get replacement parts from different companies, deal with tech support, and wait for replacement parts (the same junk). And it still didn't work right.
Ended up replacing with Liftmaster equipment, at a cost of $800. Do NOT purchase these package deals. Fins somebody local to install decent equipment.
Thieves
I paid this worthless company $22.35 for a part that I ordered wrongly, I bought the wrong item in other words. I sent back the part back in like new condition, at my expense and the Thieves refunded me $6.00. The total cost of the parts were $5.98, and the shipping was $7.85. This is the worst of the worst company. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.
Horrible customer service with return…
Horrible customer service with return of item that was not compatible with my system. Spent twice the amount for another item and they charged me a 50 percent restocking fee for previous return. I will never do business with this company again, when there are so many out there that have good customer service. I wish I would have waited to buy the additional item until after I went through the return process!!

My online order started out with issues and delays. In the end DF Supply went above and beyond to make the situation the best that it could be with the circumstances. I changed my review from one star to 5 because they listened, recognized the error and made it right with me. Good job DF Supply!

Very Expensive and Rude Customer Service
I ordered what I thought was 6 post caps from Solar Caps Direct and my order was filled by DF Supply inc. My item cost $30 and i was charged a $30 charge for shipping charge. Due to the high price for 1 post cap we refused the order from the post office. This item weighs less than 1 pound and i live less than 3 hours from where it was shipped from. I returned the item and when questioning why such a steep price for shipping the management became belligerent and rude. I was never alerted of an additional fee since I ordered online. Think twice before ordering from these criminals.
No ma'am, below is the exact order you placed on our website. We alerted you to the additional fee for not ordering quantities of 6 several times throughout the course of the transaction, which it appears you ignored. The item you ordered is a custom made to order product, the item you are comparing it to in your screenshot is not. One is clearly noted with an additional fee and the other conveniently isn't.
I'm sorry you don't recall what you spent on your original order, but if you go back and look at any of the three order/shipping confirmations we sent you, you will see the price you agreed to by purchasing online. I have attached one of the confirmations we sent you to this email as well.
Per our return policy, you are responsible for all shipping charges as well as a minimum 35% restock fee. We did, however, waive the restock fee and credit you 100% of the cost of materials and did not assess an additional charge for the cost of return shipping.
I have also attached the refund receipt for both the $31.20 cost of one cap and the $4.36 tax that should have been refunded at the same time, my apologies for that oversight.

Superb Fencing Materials and Support
The materials and customer support were outstanding. Joshua Dayton did a fantastic job of fully reviewing my project with me to ensure I got the right materials and then later when I had a technical question, he answered my email from his home after working hours. My project was small, an enclosure for our pool equipment with two gates, but I got big project attention and service. The vinyl fencing looks great and I was able to assemble it without any issues. The gate hardware was first class, well constructed and it too installed without any issues. I would highly recommend DF Supply, Inc to anyone needing any fencing materials.
